Studio 6 San Antonio, TX - Airport

Staff nice , clean property ,pet friendly Cold water tell they fix it.

Exceptional

Close to freeway and convenient store re

Good

The location and the kids loved the pool

Good

Bad

The clouds That they couldn't wait for my money to hit my acount so they where c charging me late fees when ive been staying there for a awhile

This stay was horrible. Although it was a quiet place to lay my head down at night, the smell in my room of cigarettes/marijuana outweighed the peace and quiet. Everything I brought into that room reeked of this smell and was difficult to rid of. I checked out one day early, and was very thankful for the staff who approved my cancellation and awarded me a refund for my last night.

Poor service.

Everything was nice. Would definitely stay again.

Location an price Which they would clean more often

Ok Ok

Nothing Everything

Bad

If I could have asked for a refund for this place I would 😠.!!!!!NO HOT WATER at all shower wise. My key cards NEVER worked (had to get them redone every time I was out). The TV in my room didn’t work. And they changed up my room (supposedly my original room was not available). Very mad, upset, and disgusted with this place. Expedia I hope you read this and respond back cause this place sucked!!!! 😖😣😤 I only wished I’d had gotten some pics to put on here and show how bad it was. ☹️

Disappointing

It was clean and affordable and way better than quality inn that I usually stay and the guy in the front desk was awesome when I checked in I liked everything

No tv No hot water Damage furniture Damage doors Damage ceiling.

This place is absolutely disgusting. The mattress was stained all kinds of colors with holes. Floor was broken cracks and peeling. Holes in the walls. Bathroom was disgusting. Checked out same evening tried to over look it and make it through the night could not at all especially after see the mattress under the sheets.
