Clean room, pet friendly with deposit even if ESA yet we shall see if I get that back, only 1 burner works for kitchen microwave works yet looks as if it exploded on inside top. Comfortable beds and full fridge convenient for cooking instead of doordash

they are going to have to upgrade at some point. why not now? Ive been here 3 weeks and its been that long, and ive seen reviews from a month before that with same issue I shouldnt have to use my data while paying for a room that states that as an ammenity

The difference between this property and 2 others in the medical center area that I stayed in previously is night and day. This property maintains the property. It's clean. The maintenance staff is quick to reply and get anything fixed and my circumstance. I've prolonged my stay because of all of this. The staff is very friendly. I can't say enough of the different. Please take to heed and drive the extra 7 miles and do not stay in the medical center area at either. Heard the one on fredericksburg, off of fredericksburg, or the itin worsbach.Those two properties are not kept up and are terrible.This property is the best.The pool is sparkling.They keep the laundry room clean.I mean, I can't say enough.This is a great place.It is older, it's been around a while.But it still doesn't matter.The rooms are great, and it's night and day

Terrible experience. We only stayed 1 day, smell bad and not well maintained.

Location I was assured early check-in because I was roadtripping from out of state and when I got there (8am) was told I had to wait till 3pm. So I went to the place right next door and they were able to accommodate me.

Nice inside

Extremely run down. Room was filthy dirty. Hair everywhere. Kitchen was gross. Had coffee but no coffee pot. Had a mouse get on the table and into stuff in the night. Save yourself.. you've been warned!

Price was good maintenance of room was very poor tv never signal flooring was bad cracks in entire room need to be redone coffee maker didn’t work correctly smoke alarm keep beeping bath sink sprayed every where needed an aireator on it bathroom lots of water damage on walls toilet was not mounted properly broken light switches not able to hook up to WiFi

As soon as I entered the room, it was terrible. There was parts of the floor missing. It's multi very bad like a wet mop, wet floor dirty there was flies flying everywhere. There was a few roaches. It was nasty and he topped it off when I requested a refund for my room not knowing the expectations of the employee in the front desk was super rude very ugly no manners. It was a terrible terrible place. Anybody can stay.

This property is a 1000 times better than other studio sixes here in town. The staff is very helpful and the property is very well maintained and clean. Yes, this is an old property, but it's a 100 times better and kept up better. And my experience being only in one room in the office. Better than any of the other two, I've been to in this town. The only bad thing that I am thinking about is the Wi-Fi is not working. And all of our buildings, it works in the office and down by the pool, and they have a sign saying it's getting fixed, which I know has to be false, because I've been here already a week. And I saw other reviews from a month ago, saying the same issue. I don't know why they don't get it fixed. Because all it would take is a 1 day. Trip from spectrum to fix it. So I don't understand what the deal is, but they need to fix the Wi-Fi other than that. I like it here. Please do not stay at any of the medical center properties.This one is great or the fiesta, texas, or the one downtown.Because those two are owned by the same frThis property is a 1000 times better than other studio sixes here in town. I like how it was in the middle of everything we wanted to do.

1st time ever where every adult, not only the person registering, had to show a current ID to stay.

I stay a whole week and half and never got room service when I ask. Sinks were clog and bed sheets were dirty I had to wash them myself.
