I loved it there was cheaper than my other options and a lot cleaner too had a microwave ,stove was useful to me and no bed bugs always a plus

No housekeper the place was very durty

Full Kitchen was not fully equipped you need to dishes from the front office to use. So come prepared with that. The staff was always hanging outside with their friend smoking so the entire entrance and elevator has a really bad smell. Air condition was not working properly and it was hot always late.

The property was very clean, super dog friendly, which is a huge bonus for us. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Water pressure and temperature was great. The kitchenette was perfect for a quick meal, full fridge and freezer were very convenient. I wish the bedding itself was more comfortable and more pillows were provided, but the staff gave us more of both with no problems. There are no cups in the rooms, or a coffee maker, so plan ahead.

When I first got here this location stayed clean and always smelled great seems like that has gone down some but still great property

Staff was very disrespectful n rude when asked for coorprates number they would not give us the number. Hospitality horrible n if i could talk to someobe hire then gm i would tell them everything going on there

The property was nice and friendly for pets but the elevator was full of pee n the kitchen had lots of roaches in it

It was cheap It was dirty. The air conditioning was too loud. They're only ice Machine is on level three. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor.

Clean and comfortable for the price

Good location Elevator was in maintenance twice plus it was dirty.. room felt humid, restroom had a certain smell, and had green toothpaste strikes in sink, there was 2 large balls of hair in floor.. oh and this hotel doesn’t have a hairdryer like a usual hotel does..

But I dont worry about that here.

Pleasant and courteous staff. Property was very clean. Convenient location. Beds and linens are dated.

I didn't even stay in this hotel and still got charged. I will be going to the BBB for this unethical situation.
