WoodSpring Suites Lackland near Sea World

This was an amazing experience! The built ins were helpful to organize my stuff. It was so nice and clean. Housekeeping was great. If I had to be super critical the water pressure was lacking but that was the worst thing and I can live with that. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

We stayed first time 3 yrs ago

The first room we were assigned 311 smelled rancid. I call down and we were moved to 315. The mechanism on the tub spout that controlled the shower popped off and the metal piece went down the drain. They had no maintenance on site to repair it. They did not have another room to move us to. The bathroom literally has some sort of black fungus growing on the wall. Disgusting

Very clean rooms, friendly staff.

You have to clean for your self they clean every two weeks

Very clean property.

There were a lot of sugar ants even after pest control went to room. The refrigerator light was out they never replaced it during our stay.

The chair was beat up and scratched up, the floor wasn't clean.

Na

Was not impressed There was a hole in bathroom door and room didn’t look clean. Once we got to our floor it smelled like weed. Tried getting money back but haven’t heard back from booking or hotel

Found dog poop in the room ask staff to clean it and they never did

Perfect

The door to the restroom had a giant hole, as if someone had kicked it and you could see into the restroom. Floor were not clean and hallways smelled like marijuana.

Next door guests loud, room phone now working, hair dryer available if requested at front desk (yes, not inside the room)

The room was clean but I didn’t have towels at first and multiple times the elevator looked like someone spit on the floor

Nothing False advertising

Would stay again.thanks again.

Pretty good stay overall!

I loved it there was cheaper than my other options and a lot cleaner too had a microwave ,stove was useful to me and no bed bugs always a plus
