Ramada by Wyndham San Antonio Near SeaWorld/Lackland AFB

Honestly I had the best experience here coming from another hotel I checked out of early I found this one last minute and the moment I walked in the lobby it smelled clean, the staff was great and the rooms was clean and smelled clean as well. The free parking and free breakfast was also a plus!

The staff were friendly, but the room was noisy due to the old AC systems, not its proximity to the road. Additionally, the sheets had an unpleasant odor of dirt and sweat.

The parking area is a little small but other than that it was a great place to stay

The room was very clean. The only problem was Wi-Fi! It failed the first night. Other than that it was a great stay

Everything was nice and clean. The only real negative was the breakfast, they had no meat.

Amazing staffs, they were respectful and helpful with our bags I just didn't realize there's no elevator but I saw the reason for that when I got there.

Staff was very friendly from day one. Check in was great, same with Check out. We were in a handicap room. Every thing was close to the floor which was good. But I can stand and to hang average people clothing,everything was dragging on the floor. We were attend a family celebration of life. It was hard to iron them just to drag in that way.The bed was somewhat high for my husband to transfer to. In the shower, the removable shower head did not work. So the regular shower was somewhat difficult to do. Water was splashing outside the tub. In turn then made it slippery when trun to get out of the tub. I had asked for more towels to clean up the water. Then also for the trash to be removed from our room. I came back to our room around 230pm, and nothing was done.

It was great everything about it. I liked clean friendly people. I just didn’t like the fact that the fire station was next to that and kind of Heard a lot of that.

Clean Maybe better breakfast? Wasn’t a fan of the waffles but still was okay
