breakfast area needs a serious improvement. and this facility doesnt give you feel like a hotel experience.

Very clean, very close to downtown, Seaworld and good restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful even when we checked in at 4am. Would definitely stay there again.

I had an excellent stay at the Ramada by Wyndham San Antonio! The price was excellent, and I booked through Expedia. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy — 5/5. The room had 2 queen beds and was very clean. I liked that it also had 2 chairs and a table, which was a nice plus. The bathroom and shower were very clean and in great condition. I give the room 4.5/5. Pro tip: I always travel with a Fire Stick, so I can turn the hotel TV into my own personalized smart TV with all my favorite apps! The pool was a 5/5 — clean, family-friendly, and the water temperature was excellent. The location was also a 5/5. It was about an 11–17 minute drive to SeaWorld, depending on traffic. Parking was very convenient, and there are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby, including Walmart, Target, Crunch Fitness, and more. The staff was friendly and helpful, so another 5/5. The only area that could use some improvement is breakfast. The selection was limited. My first day had biscuits and sausage, cereal, fruit, and a waffle maker. The second day had biscuits and small omelet-style eggs. The waffle maker was definitely a plus, but I would have liked more variety. Breakfast gets a 3/5. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. Great price, clean room, convenient location, friendly staff, easy parking, and a great pool. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice experience in my entire trip

Staff was decent. Room was dirty, especially the floor and outdated. Hotel was quiet during the week and has a shadier feeling as the weekend came.

To me customer service is a very big thing! Michael was very welcoming and helpful! The cleaning ladies were attentive and nice! So was Tom! Breakfast lobby is small and tends to get crowded, breakfast was not too good we just ate cereal, yogurt, or the bakery items. Overall It was still okay very convenient for SeaWorld visit. Breakfast and breakfast area too small.
