The room was clean, breakfast was good and air conditioning was working well

The hotel is ok. A few issues that I had was that had to kill two roaches in my room. Also, the shower had very low water pressure in room 124. It looked as if no one had cleaned the calcium buildup on the shower head. The continental breakfast was decent enough to get the day started.

Very clean room and location. Only thing is that water pressure in the shower on the 3rd floor was very weak. It was very hard to take a shower due to very low low water pressure.

My stay was pretty decent and there’s enough parking spot. I was unhappy with the AC and how loud it was plus here and there there’s a loud noise that comes from the shower.

Living in a hotel for a week because you have to attend a Maritime course for your job is never the best. But the Comfort Inn was perfect, even a little homey! The staff were wonderful and attentive. Outside grassy spot with picnic tables and TV. Breakfast was delicious every morning. Lots of options!!!

The only downside was the parking garage. The parking spaces are very small, making it difficult to park larger vehicles or reverse without having to make several adjustments. Navigating through the garage can be a bit challenging because there isn't much room to maneuver. Aside from the parking situation, everything else was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again. If you're driving, just be prepared for the tight parking spaces.

Very pleased with staff, room and breakfast. Visitors need to know that the parking lot is very small. You can't open your doors if someone parks in the stall next to you. You can't turn around if you need to. This was the only inconvenience.

I came to the area for a wedding. I was a little surprised to see the property is not in the best neighborhood. It’s in an Industrial area BUT the property itself is nice, very comfortable and VERY clean. I would definitely stay here again! For what it lacks in neighborhood appeal, the staff make up for it in excellent customer service.

The rooms were great, the common eating area was great and the food was great too! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend staying here. It was excellent.

Breakfast was OK. There were three cereals on offer, but none were my favorite. Free parking was a big plus. Underground parking was nice. A/C (one unit under window) was fine but somewhat loud. Location was convenient for us, but lots and lots of traffic.

Excellent Customer Service, room was clean and located really close to the main stores. Definitely the breakfast was a plus. Will be staying here again

The property was great! We loved our room and loved the breakfast. My wife and 13 year old and 5 year old and I stayed only one night but would definitely stay again whenever we go back to visit San Diego. The beds were very comfortable after a long day at the beach and in the sun. The breakfast was a buffet style with scrambled eggs, sausage, baked goods, as well as three waffle machines to make your own waffles. There was coffee and a juice machine as well. The only complaint I had was when we each showered, the water would fill up the tub. The water would eventually go down after showering but very slowly. Other than that, we would still stay here. The staff was also very nice and gave my wife and children a copy of the room key when we accidently left the room key in the room and locked ourselves out even though I wasn't physically with them in that moment and my name is the only name on the reservation. They also gave a few stickers to the kids which I thought was nice.

What I did not like was the check-in experience. I took it up to the management but they never got back to me. The front desk person totally ignored me for at least four minutes, although I was standing right in front of her while she talked to someone on the phone about something unrelated to booking or service requests. It looks like the hotel industry in general needs to train its personnel to provide quality services to customers.

Had a major medical emergency informed staff and they would not cancel reservation.

Bathroom & sink area smelled like mildew but the beds were comfortable.
