Relaxing stay! Housekeeper were awesome and very courteous!

The hotel provides very nice breakfast. I like the clean room and airconditioning.

Perfect place to stay in.

The place was good, 3.8 to maybe 4 stars, let’s be honest this isn’t a luxury hotel. The good, the hotel area outside first impression was clean, room was good and clean. The surrounding area wasn’t bad Canes directly across the street & Target/CVS/ are close by. But there are one-way streets to get out take notice. The Hotel is older, the upgrade makes the hotel nice. The Staff, a little slow but VERY nice! The bad, we tried having breakfast, (8:40am)but there wasn’t much left the staff did not keep up with demand, that wouldn’t have been an issue if we had a PLACE TO SIT! The room for breakfast held maybe 20 people, some people loaded plates and went back to their room. The parking is TERRIBLE, parking spaces are so small you have to let your passenger out before pulling in. Heaven forbid you come back late after a concert, night out, or dinner you are then relegated to the underground parking which is WORSE good thing we did not bring anything bigger than our Bronco. Trucks were sticking out & other bigger vehicles were taking up two spaces. We watched an individual in a truck make an 11 point U-Turn just to get out. Not sure we would rebook this hotel in the future.

It would be great if provide options in breakfast, daily same breakfast is boring after 1/2 days.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The underground parking and elevators made it easy to get to our room. It's not often you will find a nice hotel with free parking and free breakfast.

Excellent central location to where I needed to be. Nice clean room; I really enjoyed the included breakfast. I wanted to leave a suitcase there during a two day trip to Mexico but they only allowed storage during the daytime.

The hotel is ok. A few issues that I had was that had to kill two roaches in my room. Also, the shower had very low water pressure in room 124. It looked as if no one had cleaned the calcium buildup on the shower head. The continental breakfast was decent enough to get the day started.

Very clean room and location. Only thing is that water pressure in the shower on the 3rd floor was very weak. It was very hard to take a shower due to very low low water pressure.
