The hotel and staff are wonderful. Unfortunately, purchasing an internet package is impossible for international travellers without a US-issued credit card.

Great stay

Staff were great and dealt with room queries well! Room was very budget and what I expected for the price!

Overall the room needs an upgrade, the first room we had #107 had the floors all taped up and water on the ground. It had an awful smell. When moved to 208 there was no mini fridge. The ac was constantly on and the buttons to change temp/off/on didn’t work.

- Damage to the room was not repaired and in good order. - Majority of the staff did not speak English, and when you would ask a question or ask for assistance. They walked away. - Music was loud and playing well after 1:00 AM - A/C worked intermittently. - Toilet water ran consistently - Overall, the room was dirty, musty and plan gross. I had to run to the store and purchase Pinesol, and spic n span to make the room live able. Your website is totally misleading with pictures, etc. We are extremely disappointed in our stay, and I hope you will address these issues in room 125.

The staff are rude, not available, and do not listen. The parking and dangerous location are horrible. The room smelled of bleach and old cigarettes and the furniture was chipped and garage-sale level. The bad air gave me a terrible headache just from entering the room. The bathroom vanity had ripped and chipped Formica and was not safe. They had no FREE WiFi. They were not in the office when I tried to initially complain after my check-in. At 7 pm they locked the office door and put up a sign “out for dinner”. Many new guests were lined up outside the office door waiting. There was full-time security on the property, especially in the office at check-in. Very scary and unsettling. Later, they refused me a refund saying I’d had the room for more than 15 minutes. I never used the room except to look at it. Expedia called on my behalf but they would not negotiate. They told Expedia I had to drive back that night and return my room key to be fully checked out, not at risk of being charged the next day. The location is in a very industrial area under the highway, just north of Old Town. I am very serious about my WARNING, this is a sleazy, dangerous, horrible motel. Expedia should drop them!! DO NOT waste your money. I lost over $70 and had to pay full price for another hotel that night.

The room was clean the bed was nice its a good cheap place you can go for a little bit
-
It’s sketchy, not safe, not clean, smells like cigarettes, and zero amenities.
-
The staff was professional. The very active train and horns were surprisingly not terrible and parking was good

Too expensive kinda ghetto

In a seedy section in Old Town. They cancelled my reservation while Expedia showed otherwise. Staff indifferent. Had to pay double to get a room at midnight. Security on duty at night but the place felt and run down. Room was clean but bare minimum amenities (just soap and towels). Will not stay there again if there was a choice.

The location is convenient to the beach area. I paid in advance for 4 nights. When we arrived they put us in a smoking room that reeked of cigarettes and the AC did not work. There was a portable fan in the room so it was obvious that the staff knew that the AC was not operational AT ALL. On night 3 there was a man yelling at his dog above us while it barked non stop for most of the night. As well, people in the 2 rooms near us talked and yelled at each other all night long. The security person spoke to them briefly, but they were allowed to continue to cause a major disturbance until 5 in the morning. The rooms had cockroaches, burns in the blankets and were not maintained very well. The first night we also had a homeless man hanging out on the stairs by our room.

Nothing Everything

Very dirty Not anything of what the pictures show shouldn't even be a 2 star at all.

The room did its job. We had a place to lay our heads. The room had huge mosquitoes that the staff said was a normal thing for the area. The Jacuzzi was not hot. One of the workers said that it hadn’t been working or getting hot for about a little over a week or so, that was disappointing as that was one thing that drew us to this place compared to a few more that were available for the same time. They were shortstaffed so our room did not get cleaned while we were there for two nights. The first night it was hard sleeping as we heard the train go by in the middle of the night a few times and it was loud and there was also other noises from around the area that kept waking us up. Again the room did its job. We had a place to sleep.

This was the worst notrl i have ever stayed at, the blankets had holes and the pillows had yellow round stains, do not recommend
