Easy access to transportation. The location-Old Town. : ) There was a problem with pipes. As a result, water was cut off and unable me to take a shower.

We only chose this hotel because it was the cheapest one available last minute and it was ok with our fur babies, also it was the closest one to were our friends, other then that there is no way we would ever have booked this place. It’s very sketchy lots of people on drugs and does not feel very safe at all. Our room had graffiti on the inside of the bathroom and everything just seemed old and broken down and not very clean. I would never want to stay here ever again nor would I recommend any family to do the same unless you’re willing to put up with sketch balls and it being right underneath the freeway it’s just even more of an urban drugged out area. 0 out of 5 stars.

Employees were friendly Property was old, sheets has holes, most things missing probably because of stayers stealing. Ig you’re looking for something cheap and quick then yes. I’ll say the best thing was the staff and the bathroom was half decent. Hostel needs remodeling

I like the way young lady in office treated me. I had issues with my registration and she helped me get it correct took an hour and a half but we got it I will be back thank you N/a

I promise, if I could give this place 0 stars, I would. My stay was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Despite the room being advertised as “smoking friendly,” it absolutely reeked of cigarettes, like days’ worth of smoke had been trapped inside the room. Within just a few hours of using the air conditioner, it started leaking, which obviously should not be happening. We were only provided three towels total, one being used as a bathmat and only two actual body towels. I was traveling with another person, so two body towels for two guests was simply not enough. The ice bucket was also dirty inside, as if it had not been cleaned from the previous guest. That was extremely disappointing and made the room feel poorly maintained. Another major issue was the payment situation. Google and multiple other places advertise that this hotel accepts contactless payment and Apple Pay. They do not. This made checking in unnecessarily difficult, and I had to use a different card because the hotel did not actually offer tap-to-pay as advertised. If you advertise that you accept Apple Pay, you should actually be equipped to accept it. The overall atmosphere surrounding the hotel also felt very unsafe, especially in the evening. There was little to no lighting around the property, and there were people experiencing homelessness frequently hanging around the hotel premises. The room, the bathroom had no lock , the shower stops because the bathtub faucet stop didn’t work , the bathtub in bad condition. We were located about 50 feet from the train. they violently told me to get out because the toilet got clogged.

Decent place for the price

Staff were helpful My 23 year old classic Mercedes, not a dent on it. Was swiped in the rear bumper while it was parked in the parking lot overnight.

Nothing My shower was broken and I left to another hotel and you guys never gave me a refund. Unacceptable.
