Free breakfast could be organized better, the food was too bland. Also the pool water was hot, it was a hot day when we visited and we were looking forward to jumping in to cool off.

Nice room great breakfast in the morning! If you’re looking for a couple nights, not too far from the beach and in the middle of everything great place

The room was antiquated. There wasn’t any shampoo. There wasn’t any conditioner in the bottles. The bottles were empty. The staff were not friendly at all. Actually, when I called the hotel to tell them that we were going to be arriving really early in the morning. Like two in the morning like the reception. Just wanted to get me off the phone and then when I got there, the check in the gentleman was just short and was actually bothered that I was checking in.

Hotel and pool were great! Parking for building 6 was terrible.

We stay here everytime we come to town. It’s a great place

This was our first stay and we will definitely stay here again . The location was great close to everything . The staff was really friendly and helpful. Everyone stopped to say hello and ask if we needed anything. Our reservation also included complementary breakfast which was delicious !

I'll start with when we got there it was beautiful..staff was amazing. Room was big and my family was so happy. Pool Qasim nice but there were no towels.breakfast was the best part of there day.food was perfect and incredible the staff in there was the nicest ever. But the maid service was rude and I won't speak to them again. But over all e erything else was the best time ever.

The included breakfast buffet was a great perk and the staff were very friendly.

I love staying here because we don't have to drive anywhere. Beautiful little spot.

LOVED our stay at this property. We booked a king suite, and the bed and private room were very comfortable. The location was perfect for us. Great locations to beaches and a 30 minute or less drive to Sesame Place and Legoland. The staff were very friendly. The only thing that I was worried about was when we booked our room, we booked one with a sofa bed for our younger kids, and the room did not come with a sofa bed. But, the sofas in the room were almost daybed-sized and our kids were small enough to sleep on them comfortably.

The hotel and service was excellent but the STAIRS were ridiculous other than that it was great.

Great place to stay just didn’t like that you have to pay to park there.

The hotel was very surprising as it is huge and we didn't expect that. So charming and very old town San Diego. It was close to the Town and easy walk to shops and great food. We'll definitely use this as our spot when staying in San Diego.

The pool was warm and clean. NOTE: there are no bathrooms or changing areas in the pool area. There are some towels for guest by the pool but very few. Overall, I liked it but would request a building on the floor level if you have kids and a bunch of things to carry.

Out of desperation I took the smaller more pricey room only to find the bed broken, the window shades won’t open, the room very used and gross, the barbecue broken, and got multiple large bug bites from the carpet on my legs. I will be attempting to get a refund as I didn’t want to spoil my families trip by staying in the lobby any longer and arguing. Disgusting hotel and unbelievably rude service that just cancels peoples reservations. Another family in front of me said theirs was canceled too. I demand a refund! So awful. To top it off they charged me $30 to park in the garage through another vendor and the garage had NOOO spots! I had to park on the street. Also trying to get a refund for the parking. What a scam, I’m crying

The room was extremely ran down, stains on the chairs bathtub faucet leak leaking. Ice machine machine was out of order. Old Carpet extremely dated.
