Hilton Garden Inn San Diego Old Town/SeaWorld Area

Our 2nd time here and never disappoints.

the walls and door don't block sound very well.

The hotel was great! Just an unfortunate proximity to the transient populations around the bus areas. Doesn’t make you feel super safe when leaving the hotel property.

Couldn’t use the shower or sink for half of the time we were there. Every morning for the first half of the day there was just no water coming out of either the faucet or shower head. Room was advertised as luxury bathroom and that is far from my idea of luxury. I’ve written to the hotel and have yet to receive a response.

Would just recommend getting rid of the vacuum smell of the room and clean the room carpets. They looked old and dirty. Otherwise, very nice hotel!

The sink on my bathroom was not working properly. Nasty dirty stuff kept coming out of the sink, incident happened twice. Called the receptionist they told me they couldn’t change room, they send a worker to take a look, my son was in the shower so told them to come back in 15 minutes they never returned.

Staff was very nice and always available. Room was clean and kids loved the pool. There was nothing we did not like

Great location for Old Town restaurants and accessing USD. The breakfast was fantastic, bacon was ON POINT and the staff in the dining area are incredibly kind. Cleanliness of our first room was garbage. Ants in our bed and dirty sheets on the second bed. We were given a new room and the mini fridge was broken (claimed it was fixed but it never was), shower pressure was low and then stopped working all together at one point before kicking back on-I expected more for paying $1200+ for 3 nights.

I love staying at the Hilton this is my first time staying here .I love it ill be back soon specially customer service Diego she was great helping me with my needs .my fight came early i was tired just wanted to rest and let me check in early I got to shower rest and attend my meeting. Thank you so much ❤️ see u soon .

Close to Old Town and its EXACTLY where we wanted to be

Convenient and a nice hotel but overpriced and the staff wasn’t very helpful. Would not answer the phone.

Clean and quite place

Location was excellent! Room was near the elevator and vibrated in the bathroom, very loud. Otherwise the room was great and bed was comfortable

Conveniently located

Our stay was great, parking lot was too small and had to park on the street.

Shower in room # 401 leaks terribly and water runs out into the entryway of room

Easy parking and easy check in. Walking g distance to old town.

Hilton Hotel was very enjoyable. Close to where I wanted to go, it was just so nice. I would recommend it to everyone.

Everything was great. The only thing that sucked was our fridge wasn't working so they brought in a new one and that one stopped working. Probably bad outlet. Aside from that, love this hotel.
