My AC in my room went out day 1 of my 5 day stay and brought it up to the front desk. Get back to my hotel room after work (8pm)and it’s 80 degrees. Maintenance comes by “resets” the unit still doesn’t work. Second,Third and fourth night same thing. Finally on my last night of my stay I get offered a fan. When brought up in the lobby MULTIPLE other guest were having the same issues. This place looks nice but DO NOT STAY HERE!!! SOOOO many other better options in San Diego.

Staff, Answered our many questions. We are careful to eat heart-healthy and brain-healthy foods especially oils. We only eat EVOO and avocado oil. The breakfast buffet was confusing. We feel Hilton is misleading in the way continental breakfast is posted online even thru the scan code on the room TV. WE paid online for breakfast but it was not clear what was included in that fee. When we got to the restaurant for breakfast we found out we need to pay for breakfast entrees. Please clear this up. Thank you

Housekeeping did bring us coffee when we needed it.

The bed was uncomfortable, had to pay for parking, no towels at the pool, had to ask for towels for the room, had to pay for breakfast and no room service, small water bottles 4.50 but the shower was awesome

The staff was excellent. Only problem was that the amenities and towels were not restocked when they ran out only until I asked another housekeeper to replenish them. She was very helpful.

When checking in the staff was rude and made us wait for another hour to check in. They charged $28.00 per day extra for parking. There was an extra $6.00 after we left our room. We checked out early. So not sure what the extra charge was for.

Bar needs to stay open a little later then 10pm

Front desk staff was okay, not amazing like other Hilton hotels. The parking is ridiculously expensive. There are options to park in the street which we realized after we had paid for the parking. The room was clean, we asked for housekeeping daily but one of our sheets seemed dirty (it had a stain). They did replace towels everyday and picked up trash. All in all, it was a good experience except for the parking.
