Old Town Western Inn & Suites

The hallways and outside facade could use updating

Friendly staff,very helpful front desk personnel,and close to shopping at old town. No water and no hot water 1 day. Breakfast was lame. All carbs and person laying around in very small kitchen /serving area. Self serve waffles being made and handled by employee. Floor in hallways coming up,definitely a trip hazard.

Spacious room, bed was comfy for the price. The staff was nice. Breakfast was a little sad, and crowded. Be aware parking is 15 dollars a night onsite, but if your lucky there's decent street parking.

The size of the room was nice and cozy. The floor panels in the hallways were lifting up. If you don't watch your step, you could dall. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Good value for old town if you just need a clean and quiet place to stay. Room was clean and comfortable, staff is great. The location, like anything in Old Town, is super convenient for getting around the city, including the free Flyer shuttle between the airport to the Old Town transit center, and there are lots of walkable amenities. Highway noise in that neighborhood, but you don’t hear it in the room. Easy to put recyclables in either the room and in the hallway hallways. Some of the common areas, elevator, etc. are pretty tired looking. The flooring in the corridors especially is in a pretty sorry state.

Staff

I didn’t deal with staff or amenities. The room was clean but sparse. There was a”an awful smell every morning. I tried looking for the source but couldn’t find one….it dissipated as the day wore on.
