The front office person was extra helpful. Without me asking, he searched and provided print out of nearby print shops.

No Kleenex were provided, which is normally a basic staple. They did provide an extra blanket and pillow. The continental breakfast included waffles made to order, however, the milk for the instant oatmeal or cereal was a gallon of whole milk set aside in a small refrigerator for everyone’s use. They offered packets of coffee or black tea. Personally, I can’t have caffeine so the alternatives were apple or orange juice. No fresh fruit or yogurts. No the best choices for anyone with special dietary constraints. Next time we’ll call the hotels to verify what is included and other commodities available.

We had an unexpected change in flights, and without hesitation, they went out of their way to juggle things around to ensure we could be accommodated despite it being SDCC weekend, one of the busiest weekends of summer. Amazing experience, and hope to be back soon.

Very friendly staff and clean rooms! Extremely close to transit lines which made travel very convenient

There were insects all over the property’s including the shower where there was a big red spider. The property needs maintenance, it’s rundown. Their “free” breakfast was cereal, toast or muffins and coffee. It felt like I was camping. It was not great.

Everything was great!!!

Good location, walkable to dining and historic old town. parking structure was tight. Found ripped/holes in 2 of our room towels but clean. Reported to staff and was responsive. Overall had a good experience.

The property was easy to access and included parking. They offered a partial breakfast buffet which was tasty.

As a frequent traveler- I recommend this hotel. Consistently excellent :)

Didn’t mention parking fees.

Breakfast was terrible. Continental consists of having fruit, yogurt, PB on hand. No gluten free options. Coffee was terrible. Parking garage begged for people to hit cars. Stalls were way too small to fit even sedans. SUV’s and Trucks took up two spots in order to fit. Sofa bed was terrible and we had to ask for a roll away bed. Thankfully they had one available. Dirty pillow , for the sofa bed, had food on it was left in a drawer. We couldn’t use the pillow. The floor was very dirty. Needs to be mopped better or even at all. Wifi signal was so weak we didn’t even use it most of the time. Old hotel that smells. Needs renovations. For $250 a night I would’ve thought we would have a better experience.

The room was clean, the parking spots were very small and I was charged $15 for the spot

Old property with lipstick cosmetics done. Couch was ripped apart and flooring had major scratches all over.

A bit run down, breakfast was waffles or cereal… no protein options (not even peanut butter), no extra bedding in the room with the sofa bed, but we arrived so late, my son slept in his sweats with no covers.

Thank you easy and fast check in and out No complains Thank you again

Nice enough location. No pool. Rooms were dated. Breakfast is very poor. Pay $15 per night to park in the garage or park on the street.
