I was deeply disappointed with my stay at this Marriott. The room was visibly dirty and had a terrible, lingering smell. To make matters worse, the air conditioning did not work at all, making the room hot and incredibly uncomfortable. I expect much higher standards from the Marriott brand. I do not recommend staying here.

The staff was very friendly and check in/out was super easy. The Bistro restaurant in the lobby was great for a quick breakfast. The pool was a bit small but still enjoyable so only a small ding for that.

Hospitality was wonderful and location was perfect

First off, the kids screaming and pounding on the wall behind my bed at 6a when half the hotel was empty is still fresh in my mind, but I digress. Nice location if you like looking at a bomb factory or whatever across the freeway. Ok room. Mine wasn’t clean so I had to call the front desk after check-in. They placed me on hold for 3 minutes before I hung-up and called again to request them to come fix it. Beds are ok. My tv was unplugged for whatever reason. I dunno. $31 to park per night. I feel like you can do better. I didn’t even use the pool because it looked annoying. Not quite sure what their food situation is, but my $11 “Starbucks” latte from their weird setup was definitely worse than my $12 matte from some tourist trap around the corner.

I was surprised that being a Bonvoy member they would have given us the room they did. We was right beside a major highway and the entrance ramp. There was major noise all night long.

Clean room

It was nice and clean. And the ladies who worked the front desk were awesome and so helpful. It was our first time in san diego. And i would return next year for the san diego comic con. Thank you.

Staff very friendly rooms were clean. Only problem was found a wet towel on the floor in the room which wasn't used by me or my husband.

Nothing Old

Comfortable room and bed. Great hotel. It was advertised we’d have the complementary breakfast. When I asked, they said since I went through booking.com, the lady at the front desk said it didn’t apply to me and my two children. It was an embarrassing moment.
