Nice location

Ocean Beach is 10min driving or uber Great location, walking distance to shopping center and Pechanga Arena(15-20min walk)

The staff was friendly. The breakfast choices that were available (which were not a lot) were fine. We had to move rooms three times. The first time, a lady in the room next to us was high on drugs; she was screaming to herself in her room, banging on the walls, and knocked out her window screen. The second time, the door knob was broken and the key card wouldn’t work despite going back to the desk twice in an attempt to fix it. The third time was the charm, I guess. It was stuffy and smelled like smoke, but at least we were inside a room and nobody appeared to be high on drugs next door. The shower had a bunch of hair in it and was overall pretty gross. We ended up leaving a day early. Not a great experience.

Continental Breakfast was the worst we ever had. Only cereal (fruit loops or Raisin Bran) and waffles were your choices

Did not smell like a smoke free hotel.

Room had bad musty smell. Window had wooden bar as if it is used to avoid a break in. Bugs on the window sill. A/C unit as leaking water outside along with the neighboring room making it hazardous to walk through. Breakfast is literally just waffles and cereal.

The room keys deactivated themselves for no reason.

Please avoid this place . Better to book other nearby clean places .

Had to change room 4 times

Not able to stay We where checking in encounter a discussion with another client that they stole his cloths . It was lady's checking in there where alot of homeless people out side hotel. Sorry did not feel safe around that area.

Only location The staff who checked me in unhelpful, unprofessional, he has 0 acknowledge of customer service and needs at least 6 months of training in addition so rude with hotel customers, I appreciate the help of the day manager when I submit my complaint in the morning .

Room was clean and decently furnished. Nice free breakfast. Comfortable beds and linens. Good room price and availability during NASCAR. Facility lacks an elevator and they had only 2nd floor rooms available. I suggest reserving a couple 1st floor rooms for disabled persons. The room had no microwave. The TV shut off every 2 hours automatically. The room was musty when we first got there, but aired out after a few hours.

The room was clean and check in was simple. It was also a reasonable price. The included continental breakfast was less than bare bones. There were Fruit Loops and A questionably functioning waffle maker. NOTHING ELSE.

Absolutely nothing Everything was bad

waffle maker was good. Rest was below average front door lock malfunctioning. dead bolt didnt work. door jammed. bath room door lock did not work bath tub fawcet leaked Coffee and tea not replenished. Badly maintained hotel.

Just bad in general. Restroom lock didn’t work and my daughter got stuck in the restroom for over 10 minutes. And so did I.

I loved that I was able to make a last-minute reservation when my California friend flaked on me. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, especially since it is an older property. The back gate was closed forcing everyone to exit at the front. Lots of U-Turns to go where I wanted but traffic was so light, it was not a problem.
