They didnt clean my room on saturday i had my room with dirty blankets we had to make our own bed and clean our own room cause room service never came to do it my experience in this hotel was very poor since the first day

For thr price point and proximity to the city, an excellent choice. Staff was very friendly and helpful

I didn’t know what to expect from this spot. I will say that this was the first time I have ever stayed in a hotel by myself and I was really nervous about it. My reservation was for 3pm but I wasn’t getting of my job until 8:30, I called to let them know that and the man on the phone was very reassuring to me that I do not need to worry and my room will be waiting for me. It was. I arrived at 9pm and the young man behind the counter was attentive and professional with me and made me feel at home. The room was INCREDIBLY clean and felt extremely welcoming. I would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area. 10/10.

Overpriced for what you are getting. Old and terribly maintained. Move on to a different booking, not this place.

A few years ago I had stayed at this hotel because of the location to the stores I wanted to shop at, besides it being “dated” I had a great stay. This trip was very different! Stayed 5 days and not once was our room cleaned, the truly only good part was that the packages I had sent to the hotel arrived.

Old motel that needs some love.

Main complaint is the hidden $100.00 security deposit. It's buried in the information about the reservation (on Expedia). When I asked the clerk to show it to me, it took several tries before he could locate it, and it should be promantley displayed when viewing the property price in search. Otherwise, room was clean, but property is old and has minor issues like shower temperature flucturations. Otherwise, okay place at budget price.

A bit rundown and right on a very busy road but clean, good AC, fairly quiet, comfy beds. Walking distance to several restaurants and cafes and a $10 Uber ride to the beach.

The inn was you would expect for 300-400 bucks. If you’re looking for a hotel where you get breakfast, instant room service, and amazing service this is not it. I’m not saying it was bad whatsoever, if you’re not going to be in the room besides waking up and sleeping then the price is good since you’re in the middle of san diego with easy transportation everywhere and no more than 10 mins away from the beach. Don’t think you’re getting a 5 star experience with this place because you’re going to be disappointed you get exactly what you paid for.

It was a very smooth and quick check in process. My deposit has not been returned, as it said it would be released after check out.

As advertised. Clean room. Perfect for a last minute 4th of July booking that I did.

There was no hair dryer and no power in the bathroom. Older facility but I liked the location close to airport and beach.

Was clean ,felt safe,will come back ,good price . Was on ground floor and windows don't lock bring a twist lock or a stick, fan switch plate was covered so no fan or light but you have the desk lights to use. AC worked well. Good for the price nice and quiet has a clean pool. Bus stop out front to the shelter island or old town transit center to anywhere 😁
