Good

The room is clean. All the bedsheets and towels are all very clean and nice. I was impressed. It’s the AC, the water was leaking in front when I woke up in the morning, and it wasn’t that cold, but overall pleasant experience. Done

rooms were decent, clean, had basic amenities, ELevator wasnt working for 2 days we were there, but overall place was OK.

La verdad el hotel esta muy accesible a todo,esta muy cerca de muchos lugares,lo unico malo es el personal un poco despota y no te ayuda con los problemas. Me quede 2 noches y nunca me linpiaron el cuarto ni me cambiaron las toallas. Cuando hise el check in,se supone que es a las 3pm,me entregaron el cuarto a las 4:40 pm,creo que es un poco extresante y mas cuando tuviste que manejar casi 6 horas. El elevador esta Viejo y hace mucho ruido. Lo unico rescatable son las abitaciones,estan lo suficiente grandes y comodas para tu estadia.

Great stay

Good location, great for a solo traveler. The only thing is that the hotel has no longer the shuttle service, even in the expedia information still.

Room that was booked was ‘unavailable’. First guy trying to book us in advise hotel fully booked and tried putting 3 single girls in a room with two beds only. Had a complain loudly to get assistance and WOW they found an extra room!!

Bad oder and bathtub was super dirty.

Walkable. Not much decoration in the room. We were in a back part of the hotel, and I didn't really feel comfortable back in that area.

Overall our stay was great. The property location was prime and the staff were friendly. The property could use alittle updating along with replacing worn out furniture.

I have never felt the need to leave a review like this before, but my experience at this Wyndham was genuinely awful and I feel other guests deserve to know exactly what they may be walking into. I checked in around 11:30 PM and immediately began noticing serious problems with the room. There were multiple live roaches, which I have videos of, as well as multiple dead termites and some that were still alive scattered across the floor. There were enough of them that I could have fit a handful in a cup in my hand. There were also ants in the bathtub, gnats throughout the sink, and other obvious signs that the room was not being properly maintained or kept sanitary. Because of the condition of the room, I was moved to another room. Unfortunately, the second room was hardly an improvement. There were ants throughout the bathroom and multiple ants crawling on the bed. When I turned on the bathtub in the morning to shower, a clump of ants literally fell out of the fixture. I have video of the remaining ants spreading throughout the bathtub afterward. There were also bed bugs, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel room. I barely slept at all. In fact, I checked in around 11:30 PM and left at approximately 6:00 AM the following morning because I was so uncomfortable and concerned about the conditions. I did not get an ounce of sleep that night. I was more worried about what I was going to

The parking for building D was a little complicated

Room was nice and spacious but it had a funny smell. Was not able to get towels and toilet paper at night was asked to go to the lobby and get it on my own. Ice machine did not work. Staff was nice and friendly had no issues with that. Just hotel itself needs a little more maintenance.

Sink was clogged and found bugs in the shower

Cleanliness of the room The photos on the reservation site didn't clearly showthat this was a 'motel' type facility. I would not have booked it if it had.
