The staff was terrible. I had a emergecy were my child got lock in one room and one of the staff said “no my problem” and kept asking for id or she wouldn’t help me at all. I was in distress and so angry. Finally I got helped after a couple guest decided to speak up and demand they help me asap. This is probably the worst service I’ve ever gotten. At a hotel. He name was Adriana

Good family place close to SeaWorld. Very budget friendly.

It was conveniently located for what we needed. Bit the elevator or soy should get looked at.

Place was perfect for a solo trip, are well gated. Staff was friendly, room was clean. It’s near plenty of places to grab a bite and close to freeways and SeaWorld.

I expected included breakfast which was not the case they had coffee in the lobby but only till 10 o’clock there was a Panera next-door and they offered a 10% discount not acceptable. What we were paying for the room. I’ve stated many windows. This is definitely not at the top of my list.

The room smelled like chemicals from cleaning and the air conditioning did not work. I was unable to open the window and my children both have terrible allergies. When I asked the staff if they had a fan or if there was another room available, the guy at the front desk raised his voice in irritation.

The room was very clean and there are lots of dining options nearby including old town. The hotel is right across the street from Pechanga Arena which is super convenient and our reason for choosing to room there.

Very close to Sea world.

Maybe offer free parking or maybe parking spaces for ten dollars instead of twenty

Noticed there was new staff. Only remembered 2 people from last visit in March 2026. Those 2 were nice but the other ones not so much to where we might stay somewhere else becuz of it. Which is sad becuz its a great location and has everything u need around there.

- staff was condescending - had a leak from the bathroom ceiling - was moved to a room on the third floor that smelled moldy and stained sheets - expensive

I turned the light on when I arrived ad was greeted by several large roaches. the drain in the tub was filthy and the grout had dirt, grime, and mildew.

Blood stains on the top and bottom sheet in room a 304. Tall lamp next to chair would not work no matter what outlet we plugged it into. Sink leaks water all over the counter. No water bottles in room. The lamp next to the sink flashes off and on like a strobe light. Two adult staying on only received three bath towels females working the counter were very rude. One told us we could split the bill and put it on each of our credit cards at checkout when checkout came that person told us we were not allowed to split the pill onto a different credit cards

2 spots of blood on bed i on top sheet, one on bottom sheets, one light was strobe light acting, other lamp by big chair didnt even work. Room A304 , front desk women very rude, especially the one with unusual eye liner and long dark hair

Decent hotel, it is clean! The parking is tight but good location close to everything.
