Room had a couple of bugs I had to kill not fun

The condition of the room was unsanitary and unacceptable, and it prevented me from safely and comfortably using the room

Honestly my worst hotel experience

This was an interesting hotel as the pictures were definitely deceiving. The phrase “you get what you pay for” is definitely in full display here. Our room was decent size but it had a weird smell to it, not to mention the roaches that ran across their carpet floor..it was disgusting. The bed was okay and the property seemed safe. The front desk people were a bit aloof as they seemed in constant disarray from the people coming in out with complaints about something. Overall, the price of the hotel was enticing but I wouldn’t stay here again. Their main pull is that they are very close to Sea World, that’s about it.

Our room was very dirty, we requested another room and the staff were quick to accommodate us to a different room. We did enjoy the pool and hot tub.

5-star customer service. The hotel has the basics for a stay. Had a hard time with the air conditioning.

Noisy area

The carpet in the room was filthy, bathroom was good. Room was okay, but staff did not clean our room and didn’t provide clean towels, no toilet paper, over all bad service.

This needs to be renamed as a MOtel. It smelled so bad. All the outlets were loose. The furniture was all old and broken. I left with a rash. And overall did not feel safe/secure during my stay… fr

This was a nice hotel and the rooms were very well maintained. The only issue is if your room is by the pool people like to get in there at late hours and make a lot of noise.

The cleaning was not done very well as we had stuff all over our carpet and the tile obviously had not been mopped in a while. I spilled water on the tile and wiped it up with your towel and it was black. The shower barely worked. I couldn’t even get all the shampoo out of my hair and the sink was plugged up. We will never stay here again!!!

The biggest issue, however, was the cockroaches. Every night we found several cockroaches in our room. I was constantly worried there might be bugs everywhere, which made it difficult to relax or sleep well. It completely ruined my stay. The internet connection in our room was also very poor and unreliable. Unfortunately, because of the cockroach problem and the poor overall experience, I would not recommend staying here.
