Travelodge by Wyndham San Diego SeaWorld

I thought the bed was nice and big and the bathtub was huge. There were a lot of bugs though.

Peephole in door was broken out, had toilet paper stuffed in it. Gnats all in the shower. Shower products on empty. TV did not have any programming, staff said internet was down so they weren’t working.

Good location close by restaurants and near Sea World. Clean rooms and nice

Exceptional

We had a few friends in the room with us... of the cricket variety. Didn't bother me since I know it kind of comes with the territory, but got spooked when one was on the pillow (so we didn't sleep in that bed). Woke up promptly at 6 am to the airplanes flying overhead. They were coming in almost every minute. Old, not the most modern, but good enough.

All night there was a beeping sound close to the hotel sleeping was the worst of any hotel I have been too.

Parking was a hassle there were no elevators. AC units take a minute to cool the room

Very quiet and comfortable

We like to stay at Wyndham properties because they are clean and worth the money, this property is a converted apartment complex that isn’t completely finished. I am so disappointed in the room. Walking in is a bed and a lot of open room. One would think they would add a couch for coziness. There were holes in the doors. The doors were dirty and not wiped between guests. I have attached photos. Would not stay at this property again. They left one roll of toilet paper for three days and three people. They wanted us to bring down the dirty towels after the first day for replacements. The keycard kept demagnetizing.

Staff were very helpful

Room was clean but there were a few hairs on the comforter when we checked in. There was also ants coming out of holes in walls in the bathroom. Hotel is behind a strip mall so be prepared to be awakened by dumpster truck at 5am. Room had a mini split that worked well. Hair dryer was broken and didn’t work at all. Beds and pillows aren’t the best. Wish we would’ve spent the extra $100 for a comfier bed, working amenities, and no dumpster truck awake up calls at a different hotel. Best bang for your buck if you’re only visiting for 1-2 days and don’t plan on being in the room at all.

It’s near the airport and some decent eating options if that is your thing.
