Ample parking, very nice suite. Neighborhood kind of sketchy, would recommend security.

One of the worst places I have ever stayed. The toilet kept flooding and we were told to go into the office and we were given a plunger, the blow dryer didn’t work, the couches were filthy with stains on them. The night staff person was rude and not very helpful. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN.

Convenience Hotel was broken into while we were sleeping. Bathroom door and blinds were ripped and falling apart.

Cleaning lady was very nice. Sheets and beds were stained and dirty. The person at the front desk was very rude and obnoxious. No customer service skills since we first arrived.

A/C fine. Nice fridge, microwave, tv, internet, bed. Old bath/shower, but it all worked well enough. No coffee in room and the coffee in lobby was very weak every time. Hot tea is a better option here. They had nice tea bags and hot water all the time in the lobby. Last day there I found out my hair dryer did not work and ants started coming out of the sink. I reported both so think they probably will fix the problems? The front desk guy looked like he cared. The floor had just been mopped when I arrived but it is best to wear foot coverings anyway. My feet still got dirty.

location: good I used booking.com. but now I see that CC charge, plus the same charge later from Travelodge, plus $100! Now I have to dispute; no notification from Travelodge whatsoever also there were cockroach x2 in our room and their pre-checkin was worse that useless; forced my CC submission, then I had to give it again anyway at the desk because their system was malfunctioning

It was an okay stay. I appreciate the staff allowing me to switch rooms when the one they gave me had a terrible cigarette stench. The hotel was close to where I wanted to be, but the immediate surroundings were not that pleasant.

Location The smell

Good for the pice. Nothing fancy but it was clean and quiet for the most part. Area was decent and felt safe. Walking distance to shopping and convenient location. Would stay again.

Not the cleanest I’ve ever been to, the floors had a lot of debris on them. But I loved the two bedroom suite. Bathroom was tiny but tub was big. Staff was cool. Fridge was useful but a microwave in the room would have been nice. Open parking with security. Would stay again for the price.

The Chair in the room was very dirty and old should be replaced

None thing at all Spider webs everywhere, hair on the floor, no body wash, room smells like animals, knobs on bathroom sink up against wall hard to turn, need to get right up to TV sensor to change channels.

Second worst hotel I've ever been at, heard the neighbors going at it for two days straight. Tried to wash away the mental anguish with a hot shower and the shower knob fell off... Fridge was gooey and gross with some sticky stuff from past stays. Avoid... We stayed on memorial Day weekend so we unfortunately paid extra for whatever this was...

Parking was great. Both rooms we were on have big hugh cockroach in them.
