Clean, quiet, convenient

Very good

Loud but working air conditioner. Provided shampoo, body wash, etc. wasn’t ideal because you literally had to work at it get any useful amounts to be used. On top of that it wasn’t very good quality, more water than useful product. Best to get your own supplies before arriving at the hotel. Breakfast was good not a huge selection but it was breakfast stuff than silly stuff like pastries. Overall I would have given it like maybe 8.5 out of 10 stars but at the last minute I was a bit upset by what I was told. I was not expecting a tax on the daily parking. I don’t have a problem with the tax, I was upset that I wasn’t told about the tax on the day I checked in. For this I drop the rating of 7 out of 10. Over all it was fine.

Room was good. Service is good too. Hot tub pool was small just for 4 ppl at a time. Parking was paid, it should be free if they are not taking responsibility of vehicles. Restaurant was BAD, Got Gauvac with Chips, it was spoiled one, even after they gave replacement. Nachos was very bad out of 20 Nachos chips only few had cheese on i, looks not interested in giving food. Totally Waste of money.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay, especially the breakfast. The breakfast was delicious, and we really liked the atmosphere and service. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and really liked this place.

Fireside grill was goood Not much

I had a late chek in as came down from furhter N county. The night clerk could not find my reservation that had been changed from Friday to Saturday night. I then had to pay for another night at a slighty higher rate, however the AM clerk was able to get it all taken care of the next morning as she knew where to find the reservation change. Kudos to her as thought I might have a hassle getting it all straightened out!

Love how close the drive was to everything we went to N.a

The service was very good. We made good use of the continental breakfast and jacuzzi.

Clean and accessible

One elevator also makes a noticeable squeaking noise. The toilet was flushing by itself and not flushing properly. On the positive side, the hotel is relatively quiet, and there is ample parking. I suspect part of the hotel's popularity may be due to its low parking rates and pet fees. I may have rethink for next visit.
