The cable connecting to the TV had exposed wires and appeared damaged, so I asked that it be properly repaired for future guests. Although reconnecting the cable restored the TV signal, the menu function still did not work. On a positive note, there were many families staying during the summer, and everyone seemed to be enjoying their stay.

It's close enough to the SD trolley by driving. It's what I used to go to downtown SD/ Gaslamp district

Everything was wonderful except the mattress. It was way too hard. We enjoyed our stay and will hopefully stay there again

Nicely maintained property. Awesome breakfast and very friendly staff. Overall great place for families or any individual.

Went during the main event week/weekend, so was not a good experience: very noisy, kids running around knocking on random doors including ours, check-in required long waits, elevators had to make multiple stops, maintenance/cleaning staff using same elevator w/their items, etc.

2nd day only one elevator was working with a packed out hotel. Long lines to use the elevator up and down.
