We stayed here while dropping off our daughter at UCSD and it was for 2 nights and had a good experience.

Clean room. Excellent staff. Particularly Aryan is very helpful.

Met all our needs and expectations. We were very warmly welcomed by the host (didn't get his name, sadly) and Alexis at the front desk is wonderful, always a smile and attentive to any questions we had. Coffee is great! Clean room, well lit parking and blackout curtains are nice. They are updating their rooms so we expect it to be even nicer when we return. The location was perfect for our needs and centrally located between the places we were there for. Price was reasonable. We were there for a month and happy, would return again.

The rooms are old and it shows. It does not give off a great comfortable vibe. Furniture and cabinets in the kitchenette is chipped. Cracks along the edge of the door. The tub itself has seen better days with lots of residue in it. The hotel is in great need of updating. I would pay the additional cost to stay somewhere else.

Everything else. No trash bins in room. TV went out on Friday and Saturday. Reported issue. Attendant barely spoke english. Told me "no maintenance". I repeated issue same response. Which I assumed meant maint. had left for the day.

comfortable bed. quiet neighbors. location is ideal for work. breakfast was pathetic (granola bars, no cream or creamer for the coffee). no dishes, cups or utensils in the kitchenette, much less pots or pans for the stove. getting on the "free" wi-fi takes you immediately to a page where you are asked which paid wi-fi option you want and no way to opt for the basic free wi-fi.

This property is like an old motel 6. Everything is low end and worn out. Water stain everywhere. The included soap is only marginally better than none and guests have to ask front desk for shampoo and coffee maker (which was missing parts and non functional)

Nothing was ok. Was a mess, the room so dirty and dusty. The tub wasn't clean at all, the towels weren't clean, the floor not vacuum the carpet look old in smell not clean. The furnitures were so Dusty, I got sick my allergy was so bad. I asked to move to another room they said they don't have any room available. I can't believe someone has a business and leave it that way...

What breakfast, coffee and granola bars do not constitute a breakfast, no lids for coffee, no plain creamer, only flavored. The night staff, David, was very friendly and helpful. A C worked well The carpet in the room was frayed and filthy, I put on my shoes to walk to the bathroom in the middleof the night as I didn'twant to touch the floor. There was a tiny bug crawling in my bed when I pulled back the sheets. The paint was peeling off the tub. Felt creepy!

Absolutely nothing. My stay was cancelled by the property 7.5 hours before my check-in for 9 days. Explanation, if you could call it that , was due to the fact they just started renovations 2 days before. OMG. It was the weekend of comic con and it was our summer vacation for my daughter’s 21st birthday. Nothing. The management is completely disorganized. Anyone who has renovated anything is aware that it takes months of planning. The hotel should have foreseen that this was a problem and cancelled months in advance. The person who called said he had hundreds of reservations to cancel, so unfortunately there were hundreds of people who missed there planned vacation as well. Yikes.

This is a filthy outdoor outdated and out of touch property posing as a hotel. Stay away from it! I was checked into room 112 by an inexperienced laundry attendant given responsibility for the overnight shift. I genuinely felt bad for her. She was polite and attentive and all but was glue-less about the operating system and procedures for checking in a guest. The property is dark and dismal. Good luck finding your room and reading the room numbers without getting out of the car to find your room after dark. Literally the room number sign on each door is pointless. As if. That was frustrating enough … When I finally found the room I opened the door to the absolute worst odor of pesticide. The carpeted floor was spiked with stains from the Vietnam war era. There was a water puddle on the bathroom floor. Obviously, this room was marked as cleaned but not inspected. I felt sick to my stomach. When I returned to the front desk for a refund I was told that the Task Manager would not answer her phone and that I needed to call her the next day to discuss a refund. Really!! Stay as far away as you can from the Extended Stay hotel. It’s your worst nightmare!!!
