Mini fridge needed

That night,though, we couldn't sleep because insects in the room were biting us. The next morning we realized the room was infested with fleas. We asked to be moved to another room but they told us it was not possible because all the other rooms were full. They offered to clean and treat the room. We accepted because it was a hastle to look for another hotel for the whole family. I thought they had de-infested the room but I still saw some fleas in the room the next morning .There were also fleas on the first floor, where three fleas jumped onto my legs . It was a very bad experience. I would never use this hotel again.

By far the best hotel stay we had during our vacation! Plenty of room for us and our kids! We had the double room and our kids loved the space

Overall for the soccer experience was good. I wish the other guests were more respectful to quiet hours. Staff did all they could do but some parents simply refused to control their young kids. Great location.

Good breakfast, clean room

We enjoyed the rooms.

The breakfast is good and rooms are clean. We book the 2 bedrooms and we had wonderful stay there.

Utensils are not good as it says in description.. there’s no pan. Pot was not that good neither there. Strainer .

Great for families. The suites were spacious and having a kitchen was very helpful in covering meals. The outside pool and grass area were loved by our kids with the games available (giant tic-tack-to, Jenga and bean-bag toss). Close walking to several food options and a pretty good breakfast buffet in the lounge. The staff was so friendly and helpful.

You get what you pay for. But it is very loud the surrounding.

The only issue we had was with other guests. Our last night, we had issues with a youth athletic group that was knocking on our door, and loud in our hallways after 10:30 at night and did have to call the desk twice to have their supervisor address the issues with the students and the noise level. It was quite disruptive tour sleep, but was resolved within a half an hour.

The receptionist was good. Breakfast buffet was well stocked. Nice having a kitchenette to heat up food and store cold drinks. I will be back!

I didn’t have any issue, even place was busy on arrival, staff was able to help and at the room was really quiet, very comfortable and clean. It was a sofa and small kitchen with refrigerator, cafe machine (small kitchen), and breakfast down stairs was ready by the time I left, because I start early at work, so I was happy to be able to get some breakfast before departure. Thank you

The rooms were in good condition and it was nice that they had a small kitchen and a fridge, which is very useful for a longer stay. However, the cleaning was not done well, and we found hair from previous guests in the room. In the hallways the carpet was quite worn and old. The breakfast was quite good. Overall, the hotel is okay, but the cleaning should be better.

Prior to arrival --- I phoned TWICE and my request never left the ears of the phone answerer ! They had to ARRANGE a room last minute which made check in 1 hour !

During my check-in, the staff talked a mess about people who booked through the website and not on their website they said sometimes it says the rooms are available that aren’t really available. The free breakfast was set up very nice. It was beautiful, but it did taste like cleaning chemicals. The room was a very long walk away and the instructions to get to the room were very unclear. Don’t get me wrong. The hotel was great. I would only stay again if I had to I wouldn’t choose to.

Very poor wifi, dated rooms, sinks don't drain

The staff was friendly and helpful but the ants and gnats in the bathroom & kitchen left much to be desired. Decent hot buffet breakfast & friendly & efficient cooking staff.

We had a great 4 night stay here as a family of 5. The hotel is 30 minutes or less to all the attractions. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor games offered. This hotel is located right next to a small grocery store, a gas station, and several fast food restaurants. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable.
