Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites San Diego-Sorrento Valley by IHG

Very good

Mike was working as receptionist on Sept 10. He was very kind and considerate. He made sure my dad who just did his chemo that day feels comfortable. He accommodated our early checked in to let my dad rest after chemo. Thank you so much. The breakfast selection

Check in was a breeze. I called to let them know I'd be checking in closer to 5pm instead of 3pm and it was no problem. We had a party of 5. The sofa bed was already pulled out and set up before we arrived. The room/bathroom was clean and I liked that there were full soap and lotion dispensers available for use. The Continental Breakfast was great, they offered a large variety of items. The free parking was a plus. Will definitely stay again

The staff are polite and respectful and the room is clean. Breakfast is great but could have been better with more variety.

Front desk was so nice and helpful! Best customer service I have received in a very long time.

None

Poor

Friendly staff and clean, our toilet did run often and our shower handle fell off but those are minor. It was a sold out weekend so we didn’t complain. Everything else was great and the breakfast has a decent amount of varieties

Really nice staff, clean place but in summer air conditioning can be really loud as it turns off

Superb

This place is fine.

Our stay was wonderful. Check-In was easy and quick. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great! Would definitely stay here again.

laundry and breakfast

Great service. Clean rooms. Would stay again.

Great location. Great staff.

We only stayed at this hotel for one night, but the location was great, rooms were clean, and it was quiet. The breakfast wasn’t great.

Room was canceled had to go elsewhere

Solid place to stay

Nice staff at check in, check out, and breakfast mess hall.
