No water fountain to fill bottles - re-usable bottles for kids

Love the holiday inn when ever I come to Idaho it is my go to for my stay

The lobby air conditioning was broken, the staff were not very helpful with the front desk staff rarely around to ask questions. They do not clean your rooms regularly unless you specifically ask them so trash piles up quickly. The safe did not work and the shower was a bit run down. The pull out bed was in very poor shape and you could feel the bed springs which was very uncomfortable. The morning breakfast was also very bland and not always stocked well. Parking is uncovered in the front of the property just like a shopping mall parking lot but yet they charge you $10 dollars to park there. You have to go outside to a liquor store across the street if you wanted detergent for laundry and they do not have free cold water to drink in the lobby, only hot water. The only thing we liked about the hotel was it's convenient location and the free coffee. We will not stay here again.

Everything was great, other than ice machine was not working. We were there for a soccer tournament and needed ice, it was a bummer.

The breakfast buffet and the gym at the hotel were not very good. However, my room was very QUIET at night, and I slept wonderfully. For me, having a quiet and clean room at a hotel is fantastic.

Let me say the good things first: the staff was helpful and friendly so that was good. In my opinion, breakfast was decent, and my room looked and smelt clean. The bad: we were unfortunately next to a room that had noisy people in it. I know this is not the hotels fault necessarily, but when I decided to call the lobby with our room’s phone, the lobby’s number wasn’t going through like it was disconnected. Additionally, that same day we decided to go to the pool and the gate’s key reader that it’s used to access the pool wasn’t working. It’s not a crazy big deal, just went through the fitness room’s door (good thing there is access to the pool through there) but what I’m going with all this is that paying +$200 for a single night on this hotel is not acceptable and I am expecting everything to work the first time. If all this wouldn’t bother you at that price range, then you’ll be fine staying there. The big plus too is that is away from any major highway so no road noise there thankfully. Maybe you’ll be lucky enough and will not be roomed next to rowdy neighbors.

i found hair and some black stuff in the bed when i just get in the room,and there is no one can help to change it .

I love that it wasn’t bustling with people and that the water in the shower had great water pressure. The staff was cordial and I like the location.

stay was just an overnight. close proximity to Thornton hospital. everything about room and amenities was exactly as expected, everything needed provided. would definately stay here again. perhaps not enough parking. happy to have a starbucks right outside the front door!

Breakfast was yummy and our kids liked the different choices. Everything was clean and staff were friendly. We loved the 24/7 coffee bar!!
