The staff was trying My ankles got bit up by something in the intitial room and got moved to another room which became an inconvenience

The location, cleanliness and friendliness of front desk personnel was good. The room exceeded expectations The parking situation is unacceptable. Their parking lot is small so overflow parking goes to the third floor of a parking structure a block away that does not have an elevator. If you are a senior citizen who uses a walker or cane walking up or down those stairs with your luggage is practically impossible. The staff was young and unsympathetic. I had to abandon my luggage in the lobby, and after circling for an hour finally go to the parking garage and perilously come down those steps with my cane and then limp my way back to the hotel. There was no way I could bring the walker down. I was literally crying. And then they charge you $29 a night for parking.

It is always a nice stay there.. we use this hotel at least once a year for the family. Just wish they had free breakfast 😕 that would get the hotel a 5 star from me

the room was clean. one night we had to park in a random garage bc parking was full. also NO FREE BREAKFAST like it was advertised

Very friendly staff. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The location is good. They have a pool and jacuzzi. They also have a restaurant with good food. The pool was really cold at night. I recommend if they could heat the pool.

Location was near the freeway and fast food spots. Bed was uncomfortable. Although AC worked, it didn’t feel cold enough. Perhaps it was the humidity in the city. Also, our bathroom door was stuck but maintenance fixed it. Rooms seem outdated /old to me for the pricing.
