Prefer stay always. Staff is outstanding, rooms are clean & spacious & location is great!! Highly recommend!

This hotel needs to be renovated. It looks like they updated the lobby but the rooms are in need of updates. The shower handle fell off when you turn it. There was like a nail or something in the middle of the carpet. It was bare-able for a short stay but not the quality I would expect.

Stayed here for a family vacation, rooms were good sized and a nice layout. We would be back for sure.

Great stay- but pricey in certain aspects.

I always enjoy staying here. The staff is professional and friendly and go out of their way to help you. The room is comfortable. The mattress is comfortable. You can walk everywhere from the hotel and I enjoy all the restaurants in the area. I’ve stayed here many times and each time it is a pleasure.

There was a construction site right in front of our room, not similar to what they advertise that you has waterfront view .... I complained about this issue and the staff replied we have no other free room, we can change your room whenever we have free room! Meaning another guest would get this bad view! I declined the offer. This hotel is under staff and despite the fact that I asked for immediate room service, I did not get it until near 4pm, at least 5 hours after my initial request. The bathroom has not been renovated for many years. Top of the mirror and lamp standing had noticeable coercion, Do the owners care? probably not as they make good money!

We had a roll in walk /in shower. The corners were just a bit black with mold but only by my q-tip inspection. Lol We could have used an extra roll of toilet paper ad we ran out just before service. The corners of the bed were so army tight and with both of us elderly found it difficult to pull out to release sheets. We needed a walk in shower for my disabled husband but there was no chair or bench to sit on. The refrigerators door scraped carpet and was hard to open. These are little things but sometimes feels big at the moment. Location great!!!

The staff is very friendly, the rooms very clean and comfortable.

There was construction going on but we loved that the pool was heated.

This hotel is outdated . Floor tiles in bathroom worn and with spots , water pressure in sink very low ( good in shower ) , trims , doors poorly repainted. On the other hand , restaurant was nice . Breakfast ok , restaurant style with buffet quality. There is no coffee available throughout the day like some other hotels have . Staff very polite , Viktoriia was super helpful and nice. She was able to accommodate us before regular check in hours . They definitely need to invest some money into the rooms .

The hotel is nice, a bit old in places (bathroom had peeling wallpaper). The onsite parking is very expensive at $28 a night, so we parked on a nearby road for free instead. A good sized pool and outdoor jacuzzi. The included breakfast buffet was good with lots of choice. The bedroom was a good size with comfy beds, the shower was not very powerful but shower gel etc were all provided free. An easy location to drive from and too, about 10/15 minutes drive to Del Mar and the beach.

Parking was the only issue, great experience outside of that

Not well maintained. Stay 3 nights. No housekeeping during 3 days. There was blood on the walls in the bathroom. Shower/tub slow to drain. Shower head was coming out of the wall. Large stains on couch in room. Noted cockroaches in the bathroom at night.

Fantastic stay. Hotel was clean, convenient and very friendly staff. There was one superstar employee named Payton who repeatedly helped us and was phenomenal every encounter. She made it such a great experience and we really appreciated it.

We loved the cleaning crew, sweet ladies. They cleaned our room every day, front staff was helpful. Our kids loved the pool, will stay again when in San Diego. Felt like the location was good, closed to our airport and the city.
