Pool wasn’t clean and room AC very poor

Friendly staff.

We had a good experience and enjoyed the friendly service and the comfortable, clean place.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. The bartender Mark whom worked on Friday and Saturday was amazing, he took great care of our family and made us feel like we were his own family. He had such a great sense of what hospitality

I did complain that the bathroom was not cleaned properly I went to bathe my granddaughter and saw hair I had to clean before I bathed her, Need to check A/C didn’t work well. Otherwise everything was fine check in was easy and very welcoming. Barbara was very nice to check in on us.

I enjoyed my time and I really liked the hotel my only complaint is the parking. Why was there a charge when I have to go park over at the structure across the street.

Quiet, comfortable, and always had cookies available. Food and service at the Mosaic was good. The pool was nice too. Housekeeping didn’t sweep and vacuum the floors that well.

The water pressure was horrible in the shower I didn't like that my room was a conjoined room. We could hear our neighbors it was like they were in our room.

Prefer stay always. Staff is outstanding, rooms are clean & spacious & location is great!! Highly recommend!

This hotel needs to be renovated. It looks like they updated the lobby but the rooms are in need of updates. The shower handle fell off when you turn it. There was like a nail or something in the middle of the carpet. It was bare-able for a short stay but not the quality I would expect.
