Everything was terrific, except, for one thing... this place changes you $26 PER NIGHT to use their parking garage! This should be free to use for guests, or at the very least, a small flat rate for the entire stay.alone. should park your car for you and pick you up out front, whenever you need, for that amount of money. This is nothing more than a pathetic cash grab and I doubt I will stay here again just based on this alone.

Wonderful!
-
Staff very friendly and helpful. The property very nice. The location is wow
-
I thought the room was amazing, There is a living room separate from the bedroom, with the bathroom on the living room side. I heard a bit of road noise, but nothing from the hotel. The breakfast was great, but make sure to tip if you get a omelette made! The hotel is across from the mall, close to UCSD and close enough to downtown La Jolla.

Ask them to move me from elevator exit. No one did nothing I was there for four knights
-
The waiter (Shawn) at the restaurant was rude, unorganized, all of the place and unprofessional. I was not treated well at all.
-
Loved that there was separation between the living room and bedroom. Very clean, great breakfast. Free drinks during happy hour for hotel guests. Beautiful koi pond in lobby. Would stay again!
-
Where do I start, this stay was terrible from the start at pre-check in to actual check in apparently the system was down which made the process worse. Also the beds in my room had blood stains on the sheets. BLOOD STAINS! the next morning for breakfast there was roaches crawling around on the walls. This was the worst experience I’ve ever gone through at a hotel. I paid $550 plus! I also had to pay for parking it’s not worth it
-
Decent, clean, well-maintained, well-located property
-
Breakfast included and happy hour for free drinks from 5-6:30pm was bonus. I wish the pool and jacuzzi were clean.
-
Clean room, good breakfast and friendly staff
-
Great customer service and good breakfast.
-
Since only 1 universal charger, its really hard to charge my car
-
Breakfast was ok, but to be able to get quick coffee and toast. Bathrooms need some updating, our shower was leaking. Just old. I mean if we’re paying almost $500 to $600 over the weekend stay, rooms should be in mint condition.

The hotel is old you can tell but its ok, beware they charge $20/night as “destination fee” to be used in food or beverages. If you want to park the only option is a 3 story garage they charge around $50/night and there is no elevator. Breakfast is included.

Everything

Staff was friendly and professional. Older facility, worn chairs in the suites, older bathrooms. Somethings that caught me by surprise was a 50 dollar per night parking. Which was waved because of a fun game at check- in with prizes in a gum ball machine.
-
Clean room, breakfast was great, and I love the separate room suites.
-
Worn rooms, all furniture ripped and coming apart, worn out, awful bedding that's never been replaced.
