Clean room, very good location

We arrived about two hours before check-in and the front desk person was kind enough to give us a pool key, which was wonderful! My little girls played in the pool for several hours past the check-in time.

The staff was exceptional providing top notch service in all respects. The property was clean and beds very comfortable. The hotel itself felt a little run down and dated given the price point and star rating. The workout center was average and the amenities felt underwhelming. Great stay but not sure the price is justified.

Had to switch rooms due to bad smell in the room. Parking should’ve been completely. The staff was great, friendly and helpful at all times.

Front desk staff were very helpful.. however the dining area staff were not! Even though we bought breakfast package, they gave us a bill with extra charges on, with no explanation of what the charges are for, even though we only got what’s on the breakfast buffet. the amount of additional fees and were so ridiculous added 40$ daily to an already paid for breakfast! Probably will pick other hotel next time that provides clear charges/fees.

- low pressure shower - tattered carpet edge - crooked tv - had to ask multiple times for room service after they forgot - dusty lamps and dusty vents - asked for 2 glasses- got 2 water bottles - ran out of toilet paper (when we got room service, didn’t replenish it) - ate at the pricey restaurant below and were multiple family’s letting their kids run around freely. Felt like we were eating at a playground. Just expected a bit more.

The room was clean. I loved that the pool was equipped with toys for the kids.

We did have a few issues with the showers being clean. We actually moved to a different room then found some more hair in the shower. We usually make this one of our vacations every year but not sure about next year.

Smooth check in process. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff! Tiana was so kind and really great to chat with during the check-in process. I got there early and they did everything to get my room ready quickly so we wouldn’t have to wait around which was so nice. Room was clean and spacious. There were a few things that probably need a little TLC but I imagine it’s because the hotel is busy so there’s bound to be a few things that get overlooked due to the high volume of guests. I would absolutely go back to this hotel and stay again. Also appreciate the easy access to dining, shopping and grocery stores!

Everything about the hotel was great exept the bathroom. There was only one sink and almost no countertop, so ladies, if you are looking to do your makeup in the bathroom then good luck finding a place to put your makeup on.
