Sheraton La Jolla Hotel

Overall liked the property. Had to wait an hour to check in while room was being cleaned. Took a follow up to find out room was ready, but second desk staff member was helpful in taking care of us to offset the inconvenience. Room still had an odor. Complimentary breakfast at the restaurant was very nice.

From front to back, this was a wonderful experience. Comfy beds, clean rooms, super friendly staff, great breakfast, good location to get to everything, all topped off with lovely grounds and a pool. A gym was also available for use. Business and family friendly.

Went to dinner my husband and I ordered a steak, glass of wine taste good, rooms were average and the walls are thin can hear everything , bed is ok ,it’s also near the freeway so it gets noisy, staff was friendly

Had so many ants in the room… I had Home service clean, but they wouldn’t go away. I had to go by Aunt spray and other things to help the situation.but

We've stayed here before and it was always nice. This time however they put us almost in the very back. I was NOT happy. Also some nasty bug was in the room biting me. I still have red swollen bites on my feet. Not happy this time at all

I still gave it 5 stars. But you should know before booking, its $30 per night to park. Also no included breakfast. The menu was very limited and expensive. We will definitely be staying here again.

One of the best hotels in San Diego. This wasn't our first stay here and we enjoy every single time we visit.

I checked in very late, after traveling all day. The young man at the front desk was so kind and helpful. I was too tired to stop and get food, asked him about Door Dash delivery, knowing a key card was needed to navigate through the property. He was gracious enough to bring the delivered food to my room. Considering I was traveling alone, physically and mentally exhausted, this small gesture was a blessing. The room was excellent, bathroom very clean and the amenities included were wonderful; even the view of the parking lot was nice because of the beautiful trees and flora on the grounds. The room temperature was easy to manage, lots of room space for my multiple suitcases, and I felt safe seeing a security guard monitoring the lot and surrounding areas at night. A raised table/desk was a welcome surprise. I didn't utilize room service or onsite amenities. Any staff I encountered were polite and helpful. The parking, which can be a challenge for properties with free parking, but there was always plenty of spaces to choose from, even late at night. After staying at a hotel in the Bay Area 2 weeks prior and experiencing one disappointment after another, this stay prompted me to revisit my hotel loyalty. I travel frequently and am pleased to see hotels like this are still affordable. I will book here again, and will spend more for a Sheraton property in the future. Thank you for your hospitality!

$30 a night to park at this hotel is CRAZY!

Think pocket bathroom doors odd and would have liked a full length mirror out of the bathroom. Housekeeping seemed overwhelmed. Beds comfortable and nice sized room.

I misd the way it was before yhe remodel. I miss the restaurant in back and he karaoke snd the really friendly staff.

Great place! Very convenient to UCSD which was the reason for our visit. While we didn’t go to the pool and jacuzzi, they looked nice and well maintained.
