Sheraton La Jolla Hotel

Bed was very uncomfortable

Horrible shower

Love the ambiance and love the cleanliness of this hotel! Love the shutter windows, makes you feel like you’re at a resort on an island somewhere. Love the lighting and the outlets, love the storage, and the safe. Love that I asked for extra blankets ahead of time and they were there waiting for me once I checked in. I love the garden and the koi pond and the fountain, it’s very peaceful and tranquil and great for a stroll at any time or the day. I love that there are a bunch of convenience stores close by and that the i5 is also close. I don’t love that the TV is already on upon walking in (I don’t watch tv it gives me anxiety but im sure I’m the minority in that) I will say the walls are not terribly thin but thin enough where you can hear a lot of outside and people in the pool and kids running down the halls. Not really the hotels fault though. And I only dealt with loud kids 1/3 of my nights so can’t complain too much. Don’t love that parking is so expensive so I opted out and chose to get picked up. Overall would of course stay here again and love that everyone is so kind and the rooms are 90% clean. Thank you for my stay!

Pool and spa were amazing!! Very clean, beautiful landscaping, lots of chairs and umbrellas for shade and you could call to get food and drink down to pool. Between 10-3 you’ll have it pretty much to yourself! Neighborhood was nice and there was a gated parking lot that had a foot traffic exit into the adjacent shopping center that had a Whole Foods, Handels ice cream, Snooze breakfast, sushi place and a CVS and more all within easy walking distance. So, really, no negative feedback other than the noisy a/c. and the $30 per night parking, but I think expensive parking is just expected now in California.

Great layout, privacy and close to room parking.

The resort is a very tropical resort and in a very good location for our visit. It’s probably my 12th time at this resort only because it’s just such a easy In-N-Out place to visit. with the coffee, shops and restaurants next-door it’s easy to walk to.

The Sheraton La Jolla is a nice property. The only thing that makes it inferior is that it is an a la carte property. They charge you for breakfast, they charge you for parking, they say they'll charge you for the pool towels if you don't deposit them in this bin before you leave the pool.

The room was clean, modern, and spacious, but the bathroom was a bit outdated. The staff serving breakfast are rude and slow. Also, if you pay for breakfast when making the reservation, you only get three poor food options to choose from.
