Property was well maintained and the stafff was very helpful!

The hotel was good but the noise from the traffic made it hard to sleep.

Overall property is fine , just be very careful about leaving anything valuable in your car or bikes in the bike rack ! Mine and my buddies e-bikes were both stolen from the front of the hotel bike racks !! ($3,500 ) Also the parking lot spaces are very tight ! So if you come back late , good luck finding a spot ! Hotel needs to invest in a security guard !! Especially with so many homeless people in the area !

Complimentary breakfast. Showers did not have any grab handles to avoid any possible slipping.

The rooms are spacious, which was a nice surprise. My one complaint was the bathroom: ventilation was poor, and the showerhead had some mold that could use attention. Overall, a comfortable stay with a couple of maintenance issues worth flagging to management.

Location That the WiFi was difficult to navigate, and does t auto join. Also, the staff was limited and Their English and difficult to understand.

Location is good, close to restaurants, gas stations and park. The complimentary breakfast was decent and there were several choices. I reserved a king room but was given a 2 bed queen room. I was never notified of the changed and the only answer I received is, to contact Booking who also never responded to my questions. The room lights and switches kept turning off or not working because the card key needed to be permanently placed in a holder by the door that nobody told us during check in. On the 3rd day the door keys stopped working which was an inconvenience because we had our hands full of stuff. We went to the front lobby and the girl at the desk said they changed the key settings that day and changed our keys, but no apologies or communication that this was a planned maintenance. The staff was never welcoming, they were not rude, but their approach was very indifferent, no charisma or a smile. They most spent their time talking between each other and no interaction with the customers.

The hotel was a good value. I wouldn’t stay in room 100 again. It was too noisy by the busy street. Also wish they would allow pets.

Easy parking. Garage available. Easy access to freeway, Sea World, Pacific Beach. Off of a busy road. Clean appealing rooms, Nice large bathroom with walk in shower. Mini fridge has no freezer. Beds, pillows, linens are good. Towels were not replaced. Breakfast choices were good. If you prefer a quiet room, ask for a parking lot view.

I booked a room for 4 adults and a child, when I got to the room I realized there were two beds, went down to the front desk requesting a roller bed they told me they couldn’t provide me with one since they are not allowed to put one into the room, I asked her why they allowed me to book a room for this many people and they said rooms are not about amount of people, just rooms, I asked them what to do and they just said, book another room and pay for it, interesting!

Clean room, friendly staff, ample parking, safe area, breakfast is okay.

Great place to stay for a night with a beauiful park and swimming area. I really enjoyed my stay with a coffee shop, several restaurants and 7/11's within a 5 minute walk. The staff were lovely too.

Free breakfast which is pretty good to make a English muffin breakfast sandwich. Clean and well maintained room, pool and lobby. Parking was easy and sufficient spots for the stay, close to the airport and La Jolla, San Diego Proper so we had a fun stay! Room fridge had no freezer but that's minor.

Our stay was great! Hotel is well maintained the staff is friendly and the breakfast it’s pretty decent it changes everyday. Location was central to all our outings. Overall a great stay!

When in San Diego I will definitely stay here again. Easy parking, very clean and quiet room and very helpful and friendly staff.

The rooms were very close to the street and very noisy. If you need a quiet space to sleep this is not it.
