San Diego Mission Bay Resort

The pool was out of service for three days, the rooms are old and musty smelling. Not what I expected from this resort. The experience was very poor for the money we paid for two rooms.

Pool was broken for days!

I stayed here two nights. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit dated, but all common areas are well maintained and clean. We stayed in the tower with a beautiful view of the bay. This is a family resort and you could definitely hear kiddos running down the hall. The pool was warm, but only really in the center. Water was somewhat dirty at the end of the day but that’s the only time kiddos aren’t splashing and you can enjoy the amenities if the teens don’t get there first. Overall a great stay. 4/5.

My only warning is our WiFi was terrible- to a point where we couldn’t even watch netflix (it could have been bc our room was on the water?). Other than that- this place is as close to a true “inclusive resort” as i d seen in the US and well def be back with our fig next time!

That gave me a dirty room first that was used and had not be cleaned it was very far away , after they gave the parking free which it was nice .

Nice view, good location Room was dirty and poorly maintained. Bathroom looked remodeled but it was old and the toilet broke to the point that they had to remove it to fix. There was a lot of noise during the day and at night. The fire alarm went on for the entire floor which whole up our kids. The people at the front desk didn’t care at all about all that. Also, we had two rooms and asked for connected rooms. They said there are no connecting queen rooms at the hotel and when I found out it was a lie, they offered to move us after already unpacked.

This resort is the perfect place for everyone. Families, friends group, girls trip, grandparents with grandkids. The amenities are endless. Plenty of food and drink options. Super nice staff. Rooms are good. Conveniently located to Downtown and all the beach cities.

This is our second stay this year and the staff is remarkable, amenities are wonderful and the food and drinks at resorts restaurants is fabulous. Highly recommended!

Everything was excellent!

We had a room with a firepit that faced the bay and it was amazing! One free bundle of wood and some s’mores kits in the room. It was peaceful and restful. Front desk staff wasn’t helpful as we had a later check-in and needed food but due to the lack of communication, we missed the room service cut off. Front desk staff also told us to get s’mores items in the shop which cost us $30 only to find kits already waiting in the room. A bit annoying. Food service was slow in the morning as well. Loved the location, a bit disappointed in customer service due to the price of the stay.
