Loved the pool!! Kids everywhere. We will come back.

Loud concert right outside our room until late hours in the evening. Even after calling to complain to the front desk, staff did nothing to correct. Poor selection of area to hold a live music event right next to resident rooms. I would not recommend that on top of the lack of cleanliness. First room was super dirty with left over food in the mini fridge. I really try to give this place a chance multiple times but it was just unsuccessful and unacceptable for the price and additional resort fees included. Wait staff at the restaurant was very rude and food was very bland as well. Truly hard for me to recommend this place to any friends or family.

It was amazing time. Very clean

Staff were excellent wish there were more dinning options near by.

Hotel overall was good, great for kids! Lots to do and rooms decent size but definitely felt older / dated and had a smell that was a bit stingy. Staff was helpful and pool staff was wonderful

We had dinner plans in the evening and when we needed to iron garments, we realized we had an iron but no ironing board. We called for one to be brought up and were told it would be 10-20 minutes. At 25 minutes, we called again. They finally brought one up and we only just made our reservation. We took the do not disturb sign off the door in the morning and didn’t receive turndown service. We thought maybe we missed being told to request it… until we did request it the following day and didn’t receive it again. As a result, we requested fresh towels and had a pile of used ones. The person we thought was bringing us towels was actually just an employee passing by and was gracious enough to stop what they were doing to bring us fresh towels. Every employee was lovely which leads me to think the resort is understaffed and whoever is responsible for its budget needs to reconsider why that is, because there is no excuse for the above issues and other miscellaneous, run down features in the resort. Our AC was set at 80° and it felt about 65°. They told us to turn it off and on. That type of stuff.

Beautiful location, nice layout. Our room Was older has an Oder of dogs, and the air conditioning made us cough.

Room was always clean & staff was wonderful/helpful

The room was nice. The bathroom sink was clogged on our last day. The beach was nice. The pool area was very nice. The staff is friendly. The initial charges were confusing. They only told me about parking and the hold. All charges should be disclosed upon check-in. Orher than that, my stay was nice.

They resort was beautiful No complaints over the property , my room was terrible, 'stayed in room #378, the bathroom would get stuck from inside and had to be opened from outside, the AC was not functioning and we were sweating in the room

$150 a night as a deposit plus a $40 a night parking fee plus a resort fee. For three nights I had to put over $800 down at check in.

Location good.

The staff was so sweet very helpful the food was delicious at restaurants on the property had a great stay was sad to leave

I also did not liked the fact that they tell 2 days before you need to pay a daily fee of about 50 dollars for the amenities so whatever you are saving with booking with Expedia is out the window. BE AWARE OF THIS. Overall the property and pool etc is in decent state and the service is okay. But for the price I was expecting more.

Traveled with two active toddlers for 4 nights. We absolutely loved the stay. Definitely will come back for another family trip. Staffs were so nice and easy to check in and check out. The pool was the favorite part for the kids. Very close to everything like zoo and sea world. Parks near by and of course the beach. Overall a great time here.
