Having parking at no additional fees was a plus.

Floor was dirty, when I’d walk in my room without shoes the bottom of my feet would get black, and the room smelled. Ask for a refund and would not allow. Also when we first checked in and walked to our room the door was unlocked with the lock holding the door open!

Simple did the job for our stay, we were only there for sleep and a shower.
-
Would I come back and stay here? Yeah. But if request a room in a different part of the property.

Room was clean. Staff was very friendly. Parking was easy and always available.
-
I love that it ada so close to Mission Beach and SeaWorld.
-
The room very clean and staffs was very helpful

Parking books up towards the evening, plan on taking an uber to tour the city so you can leave your car at the hotel to assure you get a parking.

Creo que el mantenimiento del todo,

Perfect for a family vacation, close to Sea World and places to visit around it.

Our toilet would not flush completely. When we reported it, they gave us a plunger to fix. It was not clogged, the flusher was broken. We had to stick our hand in and pull the plug back into place. We asked for extra pillows and blankets, no one ever showed. Horrible service!

Very nice

The room was clean but there was a musty smell when we walked. It's just an old hotel. Each time we left the room and came back we smelled that same smell but it was not overwhelming. The remote had a really hard time turning off and on. Only my husband could get the button to work but just barely. The breakfast was great the first day Muffins, bagels, eggs, sausage and vegetables. They also had oatmeal and toast and fruit. By day two of our stay, however, the muffins were gone. By day three, the bagels were gone and they were just loaves and loaves of white bread laid out to make toast with. The eggs, sausage and vegetables were still there, which I loved but our kids will not eat that so they had very little options. A waffle maker would be nice. The air conditioner worked well and each and every staff member was super kind. We would stay here again because the price was decent for San Diego.

Cleanliness and everything is good.
-
It is very noisy, in our room we could her the neighbors taking a shower and the people on the second floor running.
-
Overall it’s worth it for the price for sure for Pacific Beach.

The hotel was clean. AC worked great. Pool is very small but enjoyable. Close to Mission Beach. Breakfast was ok should have bacon as an option though.
-
The potatoes were not adequately cooked.

I should have known that there was a problem when the lobby looked nothing like the images on the website. In quick succession, it became obvious that this disaster of a hotel would be a problem: the pool was inoperable (integral to my family's booking), the just-received hotel key did not work in the obvious entrance to the halls of rooms (subsequently working in the less-than-obvious door near the laundry exhaust), the stained and dated hallway walls and carpet, and, the ultimately infuriating "broken" sign on the ice machine (reliant for what would have been expected for a standard stay). While the room was put together, the maladies was too much. We checked out within 15 minutes, After navigating employees conspicuously watching TikTok conspiracies egregiously at the Front Desk while the counter help seemingly waited for me to forget the whole thing... for 25 minutes, we finally left GreenTree Mission Bay. Three days later, I'm still waiting for the full refund from Hotels.com and GreenTree Mission Bay. Do yourself a favor and avoid this property at all costs.
