This is not a hotel. It is a dirty old motel that haven't been maintained for years

There was a foul smell on carpets, stairways had a weird smell, elevator took way to long to come up and down and it was only 3 floors, and our first room did have several major issues.

I love free parking and a free breakfast. Priced right for what you get.

Not worth paying over 150 a night

As soon as I walked into the room, there was a strong musty smell. I couldn't figure out if it was from the AC unit, but the smell was strong. It was strong and persistent, as if something had been left damp too long.

Stayed for 2 nights. The bed was comfortable and water pressure good. A plus was a coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator and employees nice and friendly. It's an older place but was decent for the price and there was plenty of parking why we stayed 3 miles to Sea World. Warning, there's a smelly section outside middle of building for smokers that we avoided and breakfast could be improved with some bacon or waffles and orange juice but it was satisfactory with eggs potatoes and one day had sausage and bagels. Yes, we'd stay here again, great price and easy access to beaches.

Location,comfortable bed. Leaky faucet in shower,gross carpeting, need to be out and put lament floors in,carpeting through out hallway is gross and dirty with stains.
