GreenTree Inn San Diego Mission Bay

Seemed old, Doors did not close all the way to see the light in the hallway , bathroom doors creeks breakfast is not the worst, not the best about average

Loved the breakfast. The staff was great and I enjoyed the fact that it was quiet. Everything was perfect for my needs.

I had a great room, great bed, everything was better than I expected. Breakfast looked good but I only had time to grab yogurt and some fruit.

The gym was OK. I’m happy they had a gym. The room was very good. Great AC everything you would need. Great staff good location.

It was fair experience for the cost.

The room next to us had little kids so it was very noisy.

The best however is the combination of included breakfast and free parking…very difficult to find this close to the beaches and downtown.

One and done. Property somewhat worn down and stinky. Upon entering my room, I was immediately hit with an old mop water smell. I asked for air freshener to freshen the air and turned the air conditioner up to help eliminate the smell. Once I returned back later, the smell was still there. Only stayed one night, if longer I wouldn't wanted to stay.

Overall hotel was clean and convenient to beach.. the ice maker was rusted and looked dirty couldn’t use ice.. breakfast .. eggs had no flavor.. there were no bagels or muffins.. pancakes or waffles. For the price it was great and it had free parking

Exceptional

For the area in Mission Bay, this hotel was affordable. It is an older property and the grounds are a basic old hotel look. The pool area is extremely small and really not inviting. The breakfast was fine and met the morning needs of a basic breakfast. The breakfast area was clean and I have no complaints about it. The rooms are basic, but clean. The beds were very comfortable and again the hotel met our needs of a place in that location. I would recommend staying here if you’re not looking to spend a lot of money in a place that is close to the beach, boardwalk, resorts and easy to get to everything.
