Good breakfast and clean room, I love the size of the restroom and just perfect

Great location!! Would recommend. Good for a small family of 4. They have elevators which was great. Breakfast was basic, waffles, cereal, eggs ,sausage. Juice, yogurt and coffee. Would stay again.

This property was a disappointing surprise when we arrived — the numerous high ratings it has received from other travelers seem as exaggerated as the photos in Hotels.com’s listing. But with that said, this is not a terrible property. Just not restful. Sketchy-seeming part of town, but was safe. The staff was accessible. The room was surprisingly quiet with a number of neighbors staying there. (I noticed that I could hear the neighbors talking through the wall whenever I went into the bathroom, but not in the bedroom, leading me to wonder if that had been purposefully insulated.) But the bedroom was so small and crowded it was hard to maneuver around the sparse furniture and anyone else in the room. Breakfast was OK, except on the one day when we arrived an hour and a half before closing and found an apologetic sign saying there were no more waffles or eggs. There also were no plastic forks that day, except for those utensils that littered the floor, and no staff on sight, although she later came out of a back closet to put out a bunch of plastic cups that weren’t needed. Ran out of orange juice two days, substituted lemonade. Parking was tight but neighbors helped each other in and out of spaces when necessary. A sign at the office said parking wasn’t guaranteed but you could get a pass to park out on the (busy) street if it came to that. The outdoor pool off the parking lot had bugs and debris, but also a net you could use to scoop them out.

Perfect location. Reasonably priced. Plenty of parking. Great pool. Breakfast adequate with waffles, sausage, yogurt, etc. Not a five star hotel but a 5 star stay. Price is great for the area.

I have no idea

Close to where my son lives Breakfast was not good, limited choices, charged my stay before i arrived and room seemed smaller than most. Liked that they provided shampoo but large containers not on the wall as advertised

Great price for a Stay. Hotel is in an idustrial area... or at least it felt like that. Good thing 7-11 is right next door. If I ever make it to San Diego again by myself I may stay again.. but with family I would stay elsewhere

Beds comfortable, ac strong though bit noisy but can sleep it off. Breakfast have hot meal.

For four people we were given two towels, no wash cloths and no hand towels. It was challenging to get any additional. The room smelled like urine, the walls were thin and it sounded like a dance troupe was staying above us. For the price it was not worth it.

Front desk team were terrible.
-
Mildew smell and claustrophobic. Asked for a different room and was refused.
-
Overall pretty clean Rooms were humid and stuffy. Condescending staff at front desk
-
Good housing keeping. Decent room. Good front desk staff. Right next to blue Line which means I don’t need a car. Wi-Fi doesn’t work at all. Breakfast is small and doesn’t have much option.

The location...close to everything As I was waiting to check in I overheard a conversation with a family checking in with the front desk ..Hospitality was very unknowledgeable about what fun activities families can do in the area when asked.. The response was "oh, I don't know". As a hotel your staff should have an idea on where to send your guests to tour while visiting but an "I don't know" response was very unprofessional. It shocked me that the hotel did not offer general information about attractions, activities or tourist activities to tell your first time guests.. My party was 4 girls, we had 2 towels in our room I had to call the front desk to ask for more towels, they only gave us 2 more. Wasn't ok with that.. They should've given us 4 total..I was not satisfied with the staff they need better training in taking care of guests.

Has ac working, fridge, and microwave. Have bfast would be better if they add fruits, and pancakes for the free bfast with the hotel provided. They dont clean everyday ,or you have to wait for ur turn to be cleaned and changes bedsheets and towels. My mother inlaw called for room clean up but they said they wont promise to clean it right away and have to wait.

We stayed here for four nights to attend our daughter's graduation and do some sightseeing in the San Diego area. Overall, good value, price for four nights, one room with two queen beds and three adults was about $900. Clean room, a bit cramped for three adults, but workable. They offered a free breakfast that included eggs, sausage, and 'make-yourself' waffles. It would've been nice to have a toaster and maybe bagels, bread, as options to toast, but they had neither, nor was there any oatmeal. We used the laundry room, which had just one washer and one dryer. For the size of this property, they should've had at least a pair of washers and dryers for the convenience of customers. While we were about to do laundry, there were two other groups who were about to do laundry too, and there was an argument between the other two groups behind us, regarding the laundry. The property offered free parking, which was full except for only one space when we arrived to check in late on a Friday. When we checked in that night at the lobby, there was an uncomfortable experience where we overheard an irate person on someone's speakerphone as that person was trying to explain to the front desk person that the hotel had messed up her reservation for the customer who was supposed to be staying there. The front desk person still managed to get us checked in without too much delay.

All the furniture is rundown the rooms are rundown and unkept. The property itself is overrun with homeless people that harass the customers as they check-in.

room was small, no seating
