Holiday Inn Express San Diego Downtown by IHG

Everything was excellent except parking. No self parking only valet. Parking area to Check in was very small. Street parking free on weekends otherwise pay meters.

Staff was nice. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. The parking lot was hard to find , wish there was more signage.

The stuff were so nice and helpful! The location was close to everything we need. Just at night for me is a bit scary There was very good breakfast with all that we needed. We even used the washing machine, it was great for us for travelling for quite some time. The parking was very comfortable. Absolutely great value for money highly recommend! Really everything was good!!

The customer service at this hotel was awful. When we arrived the front desk clerk checked us into someone else’s room. We were double charged. Our deposit wasn’t refunded back to us. After contacting the property several times, I still have not been refunded. I would NOT recommend this hotel. The parking is terrible also!

The hotel is tucked away in a quiet spot slightly uphill, but still incredibly convenient. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with an iron and board. Walking to the San Diego Convention Center took about 20–25 minutes through the vibrant Gaslamp Quarter. A trolley station, pharmacy, and 7-Eleven are all within a 10-minute walk. Great breakfast with plenty of variety, too. Overall, fantastic value for money!

Thank you Isaac and Owen at the reception they were great costomer service and Isaac was available to acomodate my husband need for mobility close to elevator and facility. Thank you so much !!! Breakfas was great and you can have it in the terrace.

Location was fine but had view of construction. Breakfast was good. Trash in the hall (including used condom that was then from check in to check out). It was extremely humid in lobby. Stood there sweating. Parking sucked.

I’d have to say I didn’t like the smell on the 3rd floor. It was awful! It was rather hot in the at registration, staff was sweating.
