Amazing stay. Super close to everything in the city. Will definitely stay again on our next trip.

I talked to the front desk and the person answering had an attitude after they did finally come clean the room. The maids were all giving us dirty looks We will not be staying here again

We really enjoyed breakfast each morning, Austin at the front desk was amazing and always friendly and helpful. Our only issue was the air conditioner in our room broke and we were without air our last night (the socket caught fire and melted the plug). The hotel was full so they were not able to move us to another room. It was helpful to have the laundry on site so we didn’t fly home with bags of dirty clothes.

2 1/2 star hotel. Old hotel with stains on carpet and unclean bathroom. Pool under construction. Breakfast was okay. Seedy area of town.

Checked in around 4pm, just to get a room right next to the lobby. Didn’t sleep well for the two nights I was there for my small vacation, too many people passing by, little kids screaming and also hearing people in the front desk. Asked for a different room and was told they had no availability for the type of room I purchased. So I asked if I can upgrade to a different room and they said it was all booked out. They also charge a membership fee for parking. Wouldn’t recommend going to this location could possible find a better deal for a better location.

Quick overnight but very helpful staff abd great location. Price very reasonable

The breakfast was a great way to start the day. We were also thankful for access to coffee, tea and water all day in the lobby.

Pictures for the hotel show bright vibrant rooms but when we got there it was dark with stained floors. Looks like building had structural damage and had bolt plates sticking out of the wall in the room. Best part was the Valet guys....they were amazing and very helpful guiding us around the city.

Property is non smoking but our room smelled like smoke …some areas of the property looked old and dirty

Construction was not listed on Website at time of reserving and the pool was closed. Kids found a bullet on the outdoor patio. Some staff was super helpful others seemed to just pass off your concerns. Even so, would still go there again when the pool is fixed.

The rooms were super spacious and clean, amazing for 2 young kids. The coffee and breakfast was also delicious

Front desk staff Mr. Owen in particular wasn't very friendly or helpful. I purchased parking, but the garage didn't accommodate my van. I had to figure parking out. The website doesn't state that the pool was closed for remodeling.

The housekeeping could use some improvement, they forgot the wet towels in the room. The breakfast had a variety of foods and was good. The front desk was helpful in storing luggage.
