This hotel is great! Perfect location.
-
The hotel rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The location is perfect!
-
Overall, the room was nice. But simple things like the tv didn’t work and we paid for a better room, so that should have been something that should have absolutely worked. Also, one of the hotels selling points is their Borrego bar, and when we went up there the bartender was incredibly rude and we were already waiting there for over 15 mins to be served. This hotel was more expensive than others, but we were so excited to stay here. However, we will not be staying here again.

Good location down the block from Petco Park. Convenient access to the San Diego convention center. Only a few blocks away from fifth Street where there is plenty of options for food. Staff was very helpful and pleasant.
-
The front desk staff was awesome. Very helpful and accommodating. We checked in later, received an upgrade for a minimal cost and was given a late check out. Many recommendations were given, and the staff made themselves completely available. Loved it. You will too. Book a stay!

Excellent front desk staff, excellent service at Table 509. Victor is a true professional, and so is the gentleman I assume is the weekend manager. Excellent! We had mixed results at Borrego. Most was great, but they ran out of a number of items during our stay including scallops, whipped cream, and charcuterie. That’s understandable, but one experience with one male waiter soured things when he ignored us for nearly twenty minutes at the beginning of our visit while in deep conversation with another patron. It seemed like a mistake, and I’m guessing he was uninformed that he would be serving our table? He was also working the bar
-
It was ok, except as I had stated at check-in, the reservation was supposed to include breakfast and parking, but it did not and the hotel actually overcharged me for their amenity fee and parking was $80/night!
-
Room is clean and big enough for me, nice service
-
Nice and helpful staff. Self Parking doesn’t exist, Valet parking is all they have to offer which is nice but also very expensive. This is a great hotel if you don’t have a car. The rooms were nice. However, house keeping needs to pay better/more attention to the bed sheets, sweeping every area of the floors, and dusting. Overall, a fair option but not sure if we will stay again.
-
Beautiful property, incredibly well maintained and in an ideal and central location in gaslamp district.
-
Good environment nice staffs love this location
-
The experience there was great! The staff was great! Only thing was the bed was kinda hard and the lighting in the bathroom took awhile to brighten up and wasn’t that bright, but overall definitely would stay there again.
-
Also, booked hotel for three and we only had two towels in room.
-
The hotel was very clean and the staff were kind and helpful. The room had a great view of Petco Park and was spacious and comfortable. There was some street noise with the window open but quiet when closed. There is a wonderful buffet breakfast on the weekends. Valet parking was a little pricey but worth it since parking was very limited in the area.

Amazing location and rooftop restaurant! You can see Petco park and almost feel like you’re at the game. Everyone was so nice, especially having a rambunctious 3 yr old, we were treated so well. Just try and arrive on a bicycle, overnight parking is $70 bucks 😬😳 We stayed 2 nights, but it was worth it.
