The Margot Hotel San Diego Gaslamp Quarter, Outset by Hilton

Excellent facilities and very friendly & helpful staff.

Staff were great!

Exceptional

It was close to stadium Bed was noisy every move made felt like it was going to break. No iron in room asked at counter guy said they have steamer. I told we didn't have one and insisted we did, went back to room opened every counter nothing husband called and they said they would send one. Checked out Sunday morning and still no steamer had to wear my clothes wrinkled

Exceptional

Nice area Takes time for valet parking and has fee , Loud in upstairs room when sleeping , Bathtub a bit high , Bathroom door is not fully closed and outside you can hear and smell

The hotel is still new so some things were unavailable but overall it was a good experience.

Pretty great

!

Close to things downtown. Roof top grill. Kitchenette. We arrived pretty late to check in. I feel like they gave our original room away. They also tried to charge $140 for valet parking, when in fact we did not request valet service.

Great location and very helpful staff Was a bit surprised by the extra fee we were charged

The biggest issues of my hotel were several. I used the all in one washer / dryer machine and after the clothes came out of the dryer cycle they smelled weird when they did not before. I washed a 2nd load and they had the same smell. Not good overall!

Second stay here, it was fantastic!. Can’t wait for them to finish the bar and come back.

Horrible stay. Specifically stayed at his hotel because they offered "super fast WiFi." I brought out my laptop around 830pm to get some work done and they tell me their WiFi was down. TVs did not work either.

This was an amazing stay! Room was clean, accessible to the city, valet amazing!

Exceptional

They only clean my room once and I had to ask two times and wait until 8pm to get it cleaned. No bar or food at hotel. $70 a day for parking is to expensive to charge at this hotel. Please avoid staying at the Margot if you can.

I like the extra amenities like the inside washer/dryer. I also like the convenience of walking distance to Petco Park and to Gaslamp. The team crew were very helpful in the 3 days of our stay in this hotel.

Exceptional service and well maintained property

Great location, I love that the room were like an apartment
