Location (however not the surroundings, full of addicts) and being quite silent (not much noise) Lack of hospitality, drug addicts (fentanyl) in front of the entrance, dirty bathroom, no coffee machine not even water-cooker in the room, the constant stench of cannabis, no common room, having to be let in by ringing a bell
