Amazing noise the homeless population noisy all night didn't sleep much. Busy street. No hot water in the sink. Shower stopped working in the middle of soaping up. Only killed two cockroaches. Sheets had burn holes the blanket did also. So I didn't sleep much and didn't take a shower

Cheap but super dirty.. Second time I seen used needles in a room I checked into. Bedding nasty. No housekeeping services.
-
One of the worst hotel I've stayed, The bed linen was old, stained, and had holes in it. Microwave didn't work, the mine fridge frozen my bottles of water, even at the low thermostats. The neighborhood is noise and unsafe, many homeless sitting in the entrance at the sidewalk.

DO NOT BOOK HERE. DRIVE BY WHEN YOU GET TO SAN FRANCISCO AND YOULL SEE WHY. AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND

I got there past midnight. Homeless are everywhere and human feces on the sidewalk. There was no bathroom in the room. It’s a shared bathroom in the hallway. But I was too scared to leave my room. The room at least had a sink, so I ended up urinating in the sink to avoid leaving my room at night. Do yourself a favor and pay extra to stay at a real hotel. One near the airport would be much more suitable.

Had issues with my booked room. Staff was nice and upgraded me with little hassle. Not the Taj Mahal but for the price it worked.

this is a shelter for the homeless, and not a good one, which is fine but its Expedia review is a fraud. I went in, which others with me would not, but this is not livable or safe even for one night
