Riviera hotel

It was terrible. Staff was nice but other than that NEVER COME HERE. It was dirty and we had to get a whole new set of sheets and pillows. The entrance is extermely dirty because of the homeless people. Also the hotel did not feel safe. I did not feel comfortable leaving my stuff there. BEWARE

Place has roaches crawling on the walls, bedding was dirty. Room had no AC.

The room was full of roaches

It is in an area that is riddled with homeless and drug addicts. There's no parking, so you have to risk your car being vandalized or towed and then walked througg felt scared and unsafe and didn't even leave my car.

It was a mixed experience

Everything what I seen on website was fake and ugly. There were homeless in front of hotel not just one person there were many people it look same skin row city. Many drugs people were in front hotel the fornt door were lock I can't believe it they show on website look so beautiful but in person it look very ugly. NEVER again trust this website

I didn’t get out of my uber. Very unsafe surroundings, several windows had pillows folded in half supporting window. There was a person laying on a mattress at the entrance of the door. The environment was not safe, people were outdoors using drugs, multiple homeless people God bless their soul. Shady neighborhood. At the entrance door their was a person laying on the matress. My husband and I did not get out of the uber. I requested my money back due to the FACT that I paid an insurance fee for reimbursement since the payment up front was mandatory online.

La peor experiencia de mi vida. La zona es muy fea si llegas de noche. No parece hotel, la habitación sin limpiar, llega de bichos y basura. Riesgo de infección y se niegan a hacer reembolso. Es una estafa.

No se dejen engañar, no es un hotel. Es un refugio de homeless. No pude ingresar de lo sucio que estaba, y con bichos. Imposible quedarse a ni siquiera 5 minutos si riesgo a infectarse, y no quieren hacer el reembolso. Es una estafa.

Would not recommend unless if you're desperate for a cheap place but my room had roaches and even with my window closed music was being played till 3am by people hanging out in the street, preventing me from being able to sleep. The bed sheets were dirty as well as the pillow and the TV in the room didn't work. Overall the cleanliness was severely lacking. You get what you pay for here.

Do not book here. Beware what you get is what you pay for. There is a stench that you cannot get used to. Beds are not washed.

Nothing. Smell, so many homeless people around, felt unsafe, no bathroom to myself.

This place was horrible.. should be taken off Expedia!
