Reviews
-
Nice location for Union Square. Well appointed rooms and the fitness center is above average for this class of hotel.
-
An excellent hotel. We have stayed at other hotels in the Union Square area, and I can say that this one is the best in its price range. Unfortunately, there is no parking, as is the case with most hotels in San Francisco. The staff is very friendly.
-
Hotel is clean and comfortable. Rooms are small, but to be expected. They do not have conditioner for your hair, so if that is something you need bring your own.
-
The hotel was not to my standards, as walking in to the lobby there was a protest outside so I cancelled my reservation and had to find another hotel
-
Such a nice place to stay in SF
-
The unorganized system, and the area located.
-
Very nice clean up to date space with a wonderful staff.
-
Comfortable bed, air conditioned, well maintained. No in-room coffee or fridge and tiny space, but very reasonably priced and it still gets 5 stars for everything else. Great stay for our needs.
-
Nice stay at the hotel. Happy to stay there again.

Clean Location
-
Love staff at the front desk they were amazing and kind and made us feel welcomed
-
We loved the hotel, our room with a city-view, spotless clean towels, bed & bathroom; the daily refreshing lemon-water, good coffee & tea in the lobby; interesting and tasteful decor in hotel lobby & our room; we walked to a great neighborhood restaurant where we had a delish breakfast during our stay. The front desk people were always helpful & friendly. They went above and beyond every time we needed anything. They added much to our stay. Thank you Ruby for your professionalism and thank you Johnny for your helpful advice on navigating SF. All of the staff were great!

Clean room and nice staffs.
-
staff was nice and helpful. Room was clean. Convenient to Union Square. Bedding not thick enough. Only one thin blanket sandwiched between sheets. Pillows were too full. Helpful to supply larger bag for dirty clothes. Expensive parking on top of room which allowed only 1x to leave and return.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful, and the entire property was clean, modern, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, making it easy to relax after a day out. I also loved the location—it was within walking distance of restaurants and many of the city’s attractions, so getting around was easy. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again.
-
The parking situation was not the best at this hotel and lots of homeless are around the area.
-
Staff was very kind and patient along with the hotel room being clean for the area it is located in. Would definitely stay here again.
-
They healed 75$ for damages. They have been taken money from card the past 3 days
-
Their wasn’t anything I like from the hotel Parking was not included and the area was really bad
-
The lobby was very nice, they had free mint water, free coffee in the morning and they had security outside. Did not have smart tvs. I felt like I was in the stone age. They only have dish network where you have to sit and let all the channels scroll through and you pick what channel that you want to watch. That is outdated and they need smart tvs. Especially for being a 4 star hotel.
