Staff was very kind and patient along with the hotel room being clean for the area it is located in. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean & Safe
-
Loved the easy access to the lobby nice room big comfy bed and pillows great air conditioner Small bathrooms like very small space in between toilet and sinks, load in the street until very late at night lots of homeless people around the area
-
Technical Issue: I stayed at room 1703, the top floor, there must be a mechanical unit for air conditioning on top of my room, I could not sleep due to the noise keep running. I hope the they will fix it, terrible! As my daughter already fell as sleep otherwise I would move to a different hotel.

Stayed with family and not very accommodating
-
Overall I was happy with the stay and had no issues, but keep in mind this hotel is in a seedy area of SF. You want to be mindful of your surroundings. I was with a group so I had people to go out with each time and they knew the area well.
-
The bed was comfortable. I liked that everything was designed nicely. I couldn’t get the TV to work though. Internet was fast. The complimentary coffee and water station was a really nice touch. The location. Mainly because of the homeless and druggies that were surrounding the hotel. I was scared to stay at this hotel. I paid extra for city views and the views left much to be desired honestly. This is the smallest room I have ever stayed at.
-
I would not recommend to stay here due to homeless and no parking in the hotel
-
Nice decorative touches. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast dining. Hall carpets were tired, slightly musty. I imagined a different part of Union Square when I booked. A bit rough at night. But all in all, it was a fine place to stay.

Pre-booked room not available when I arrived, staff made up for it next night. Very satisfied.
-
The hotel is very clean and accessible to most of the BART stations. They did have breakfast in the morning and the staff was so helpful. Definitely a good pick
-
Beautiful view, nice cozy room. Conveniently located in the middle of the city. There were roaches in the bathroom.
-
Great location no parking No breakfast options
-
The towels were very old and with a yellowish color. Many homeless people practically at the door of the hotel. Everything else was fine.
-
My family and I had a great experience staying here. Family friendly, great staff and clean room. Close to everything!
-
Nice location, easy walking, great shopping nearby
-
Very old and dirty
