The staff is cordial and friendly. The bar is good.

Even though I did not bring my fur babies, I always like "Pet Friendly" hotels. I met dogs from all over during my stay.
-
staff was fantastic. wish the hotel was able to hire more. is there for the holiday weekend and if the bar was open earlier, they would’ve made a ton of money, but it doesn’t appear. They have stuff to run the bar.

I didn't like that my toilet was running all the time we had to keep flushing it. The refrigerator did not work at all and no black out curtains.
-
I love it!
-
I saw drunk workers giving us wrong directions, we were lost the whole time and the smell around was very strong. The pool water was full of boogers floating around, I would never go back, and had to pay extra for parking.

Great location and helpful staff.
-
The hotel is in a great location, public parking nearby, check in staff very helpful and efficient, hotel in great condition and clean, and check out process easy. The Cityscape restaurant on the 46th floor offers amazing views and a must see. The only issue we had, which is important, is the bed was very uncomfortable. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay and would return.

Employees inside were nice and extremely helpful. Place is huge but easy to navigate. Only problem was in our room . Our bathroom door did not roll shut properly . If you tried to roll it shut you’d be forcing it and then struggle to open it. Had to leave it open when using it. Other than that we had no complaints.

I like that the pool opens early. Wish it would have stayed open a little later. The rooftop lounge is awesome. Great view of the city. Our waiter was a little rude. Made the experience not as enjoyable.
