We had a terrible experience, check in was at 3pm and we checked in at 9pm and expected our room to be ready and come to find out when we enter our room it was a disaster, trash everywhere, bed not made and used towels all over the bathroom floor. We missed our planned reservation that night because of the extra wait in line and the wait to talk to the manger.

The bathroom was dirty with hair all over it we cleaned it ourself seeing it took us over 30 mins to check in due to the long lines. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable the pillows were flat me and my husband had the worst night sleep ever the tv cable keep going in and out. for 300 plus dollars best to say we will not be back

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, the hotel was very clean, and everything felt fresh and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and even upgraded our room, which was a wonderful surprise. We really appreciated their kindness and hospitality. Highly recommended!

There was no simple bathroom amenities in the room such as tooth brush/tooth past ?????

The stuff we’re very kind they even gave us a microwave, just a little dust in the furniture, but the rest was perfectly fine.

Overall hotel was very nice and staff was friendly and helpful! Only thing that would have been better was every time we went to the pool the towels were all out and we had to call and wait awhile and they didn’t bring enough

Our room was cleaned daily by the house cleaning staff and were very helpful and kind. The staff at the restaurant, market/deli, and reception area were all very friendly and helpful. Would stay at this location again.
