I had a great stay. Free coffee in the morning was a bonus.

The staff was super friendly and the room was gorgeous. Location ideal. Highly recommend!

The moment my fiancé and I arrived we were automatically in awe with the hotel as we were greeted by the doormen we were quickly welcomed in with their complimentary champagne the service clerk was very friendly and professional he explained what was included with our stay and if we ever need anything not to hesitate to ask them as we got into our room it was nearly nothing like the photos it was better other than the remotes to the curtains were lost we still enjoyed the view of the city from our room we will definitely be staying here again

Can't fault any part of my stay at this hotel. If I'm ever planning another visit to the city, this will be my first choice

Great little hotel. Walls are pretty thin and can hear neighbors on calls and their tv but otherwise the hotel and room were great.

Great hotel, staff was top notch. The amenities were great. For being in the Union Square area we felt very safe with security guards at the doors in the evening.

Great hotel, perfect location. Staff was excellent and valet parking was convenient Only issue no fridge in a room. You can't use mini bar to store things.

The onll complaints are about parking - it's expensive - and the noisy elevator, if your room is near it. The staff were very corgial, welcoming and helpful. They even helped me navigate the Uber app on my phone. Honestly we did not stay long enough to provide a fair rating for this hotel. We did notice that the bathroom floor gets slippery and there could have been more horizontal surfaces to put stuff on. A console table for example.

Still a nice hotel in a great area but not conducive to the business traveler.

My main concerns were safety and noise levels—and the hotel exceeded in both fronts. The lobby and rooms were gorgeous, and I got great nights of sleep. The service was great as well. I'll definitely return in for future visits.

Nice property, very friendly staff.

Staff was brilliant, breakfast and facilities were very good. Breakfast could have more options, and the location could be better (the neighbourhood is safe but a bit rough).

The entire experience felt like someone was thinking about you and trying to make your time in the city better. The room was great, and the crew was super helpful and nice Would prefer if the room had a safe for important things
