Clean room. Friendly and courteous staff.

Great hotel, staff was top notch. The amenities were great. For being in the Union Square area we felt very safe with security guards at the doors in the evening.

Great hotel, perfect location. Staff was excellent and valet parking was convenient Only issue no fridge in a room. You can't use mini bar to store things.

The onll complaints are about parking - it's expensive - and the noisy elevator, if your room is near it. The staff were very corgial, welcoming and helpful. They even helped me navigate the Uber app on my phone. Honestly we did not stay long enough to provide a fair rating for this hotel. We did notice that the bathroom floor gets slippery and there could have been more horizontal surfaces to put stuff on. A console table for example.

My stay truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel is well-appointed and offers many amenities and perks. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was large and the soundproofing was very good. Seemed like I got a lot more than what I paid for! I would absolutely stay here again.

Still a nice hotel in a great area but not conducive to the business traveler.

My main concerns were safety and noise levels—and the hotel exceeded in both fronts. The lobby and rooms were gorgeous, and I got great nights of sleep. The service was great as well. I'll definitely return in for future visits.

Convenient location to historic cable car, MUNI and BART stations. Helpful staff provided slippers and fridge when asked. Breakfast was good, loved the waffles. There's a lot of homeless people around the streets, but they mostly mind their own business.

Staff was brilliant, breakfast and facilities were very good. Breakfast could have more options, and the location could be better (the neighbourhood is safe but a bit rough).

Tuen, the bellhop, was exceptional with his service and attention. Thank you once again Tuen! More 'getting around' and local info would have been appreciated from front of house. A bar fridge that can be utilised by guest for personal items would be good.(Nb, a fully stocked in room mini bar was there)
