Great location - just 2 blocks from BART which means just one train from airport - near the cable car which means one way to Pier 39 or Lombard Street - buses all the way around. Cost/Quality relation is very good in my opinion. Theaters nearby, food, etc. The room was exactly whay I needed. Cleaning all days. Well recommended

Location was great, very clean and the reception staff very friendly. Shower although dated was great very powerful. Great that you can leave your bags there if you have a later flight TV only found channels now and again. My room was on an alley way and refused collection was at some strange hours

Location. Distance to Union Square is just only 2 min walking . Staff were very friendly. The size of room for a person is enough. In general, the hotel is clean and well organized. I guess the sheets were not changed during makeup the room.

Excellent service, close to Union square walkable to MOMA across the street from the Clift hotel . Walkable to BART . The dinner has great food and also the 24hr dinner across the street on the corner

It was a great night. The room was clean and the staff was really nice and welcoming and professional. I believe I was talking to the manager when I had checked in and also when I had checked out. She was so nice. She even brought my breakfast order up. I had told her that I really appreciate that. She went above and beyond. I had also asked if they can help provide me with some flowers and candy. That is something that I will never forget. Thank you Touchstone Hotel.

Plenty of space for 1 person. Very clean. Comfortable bed.

The room was clean but small, no air conditioning or refrigerator which did make things inconvenient. The staff was very helpful and nice and the location is great. The deli next door has good food and great ambiance.

The best staff, old building, but clean rooms, two blocks form Union Square. For the price the hotel is perfect. Nice people.
