Warwick San Francisco
About Warwick San Francisco
Just 5 minutes’ walk to Union Square Park, this luxurious boutique hotel blends San Francisco Victorian décor with modern amenities like free WiFi in all rooms. A European bar, lounge and restaurant are onsite. Warwick San Francisco hotel is a captivating reflection of the city in which it resides, striking a perfect balance between authentic history and modern hospitality. Ideally located on Geary Street, just steps from bustling Union Square, the Theater District, and its world-class shopping and landmark attractions, this luxury boutique hotel is a residential-style hideaway in downtown San Francisco. Notably, the Warwick shares the same architect as San Francisco’s Coit Tower and City Hall, Arthur Brown Jr. Affectionately called the “The House of Sunshine”, this Beaux-Arts style hotel was established in 1913. Guests need to venture no further than the lobby for a taste of San Francisco. Indulge innovative Spanish tapas at the BOTA, or sample one of our curated cocktails at our bar, The European. In its simplicity and grace, Warwick San Francisco does not dictate the experience of its guests; rather it serves as an elegant backdrop for their own distinct story to unfold. Classic Victorian blue and white décor, blended with modern design elements such as, built-in USB ports, a flat-screen TV and a docking station are featured at Warwick San Francisco. A stylish gray sofa bed is featured in the spacious living room of select suites. Concierge services are available to help guests reserve priority seating at Aveline and other nearby attractions. San Francisco International Airport is 20 minutes’ drive away. Moscone Center and the Yerba Buena Gardens are within 6 minutes’ walk of the Warwick San Francisco.

The room is rather small but elegant. The staff is friendly and helpful. Thank you for a pleasant stay.
-
super accommodating staff and cool rooms! Depending on the restaurant staff they may or may not take drinks up to your room
-
The staff was helpful and nice. The hotel was clean. Perfect hotel for a short stay in San Francisco.
-
The bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly, the room was clean, the luggage storage was easy to use and efficient No problems at all
-
A bit dated hotel but relatively comfortable stay. We regreted moving the table, which reveled how dirty the carpet was. Rooms are smaller than described or pictured but comparable to most offerings at this price range in SF.
-
Tiny rooms. Terrible smell in the hallways. Poor upkeep in all aspects. Too many options in SF to stay in a room smaller than a closet
-
Small bathroom, otherwise great

The hotel was pretty nice however some awful pipework noise kept reoccurring throughout the night. We stayed for two nights and could not get more than a couple hours of sleep uninterrupted. The hotel itself was a very pretty building, great location to union square, friendly staff and excellent breakfast at the on site restaurant.

The location was great. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and the staff really nice and very helpful. The washroom in the bedroom was really nice but a bit small.

Didn't have.

The neighborhood wasn't really family friendly and the hotel was under renovation, which it is really in need of. If traveling with kids like us (15 yr old son) we wish we'd had chosen a different neighborhood. The air did not work so we had to crack the window and use a fan, which seemed to be the best they could do with being booked to capacity. The homeless population is heavy in this area, we learned as we ventured out. So sad.
-
Valet parking is too expensive, rooms are too small, no workout facility, spa, pool, etc. Overall, very expensive for what we got.
-
The location is great. The staff has always been so kind. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Only one bell hop and I really needed help. Got to room and the armoire was broken and couldn't get open to hang my dreseses. Some lights did nt work. There were many electrical outlets but only half worked! Need to call for ice to be delivered and seem short on staff. Signs say Under Construction which was not advised during booking!! However my room on 7th floor was quiet and bed comfortable. Parking is hard and Valet is expensive but it is San Fransisco! There is coffee maker if you can find an outlet that works. They charge a daily resort fee which I saying it is a resort is a reach.

This it at times a bit scary.

Convenient location The room was exceptionally small
