The location. Right in the middle of the city No parking space

Location I would buy new sheets. Sheets look like they've been used for years. If that is the strategy I would use anything other than white. Looked dirty.

The location Night staff a bit rude

Cleanliness and hotel staff No

The location was fantastic. It was exactly what we needed for our stay. The elevator wasn't working in the morning.

The room and how it looked No

The location was great. 5 minute walk from Union Square, a hub of San Francisco. It also had free wifi (though the wifi wasn't great at all). They also were willing to hold our bags even after we checked out, which was a nice surprise. It was more a hostel than a hotel. Shared bathrooms and showers with the whole floor. They also weren't very clean. Rooms were small, and there was no air conditioning or heating. The staff wasn't professional at all, or even friendly.

not friendly service all staff
-
No bathroom in room.

It was quiet and clean and inexpensive. The rates doubled when I tried to book another two nights.

The awful disrespectful staff, nasty room, uncomfortable bed and inconsiderate managers make it so there is nothing positive to say about this hotel. The whole experience was bad. Avoide this hotel at all cost. They falsely advertise their bed size and do nothing to fix the situation when confronted about their lies.
-
The place was gross. Construction was happening all over the second floor (power tools still being used after 9pm)
-
I liked how affordable it was. It wasn't a glamorous stay by any means but I don't really need a posh hotel when I plan on seeing the town. The shared bathrooms could be updated and the renovations finished.
-
there are loud noises within the hotel that made it impossible to sleep. The beds were not a queen size rather a full size. There was no a/c. There were shared bathrooms but the website didn't say that was the case. I would not recommend this place.

Location Couldn't get the shower to work. Ceiling fan wouldn't work without the light being on. Street noise. Disinterested staff. Elevator trip hazard as it did not meet the floor on any level.

Nothing We got there had to wait 20 min. Until they brought us the correct room key, because the first one did not work, which stressed me out because I had a drs. Appt. and was almost late, I booked a double bed & only had one small bed, also really dirty!!!

The location of this hotel is really good. Close to everything you want to see and do in the downtown area. The interior of my room was small, but very nice - newly remodeled with hardwood floors and a clean comfortable bed. Don't stay here. The new owner is rude and their policies are terrible. Refused my registered guests entry to my room. Yelled at me for bringing my shiny new custom bicycle among my luggage. Wanted me to park it outside overnight. Bad internet connection.
