The Andrews Hotel

LOCATION When I made the reservation, I requested wheelchair access to the bathroom, which was denied, and to use the toilet and shower I had to lie on the floor... quite embarrassing.

location is great. Rom had all basics. The shower head felt over my head during the bath making me a bump on my head and hurt for two days. One night there were people working at the street fixing it and the noise was really loud, I don't know if they knew but when I asked at reception, they just told me "yeah but they are working" and they didn't know how long would it take. It last for two more hours (10/11pm)

Central, walking distance from Powell Station, room (very bright) amenities have benefited from recent modernization, Generous breakfast, very convenient luggage storage Modernized bathroom, one pending item the bath tub deserves an uplift / be replaced.

The location is convenient and the price reasonable in comparison with others in the area. The building is old, there is only one slow lift, the breakfast is almost non existent with hard-boil eggs as the only form of protein.

Beautiful old building, very charming, clean, lovely staff, always ice water with fruit or cucumber available in the lobby, as well as nice seating and jazz music. Great coffee machine. Free breakfast in the restaurant every morning and in the evening it becomes a lovely Italian place. Great central location for city-lovers. One of my favourite small hotels I've ever stayed at.

The location was the best feature of the hotel! The room was comfortable too. The bathroom sink was very small. That isn't a problem per se but it's almost impossible to wash one's face without hitting the shelf above the sink and spilling water everywhere.

The location was very good and big bed. Breakfast and very slow lift, the door for the bathroom didn't closed.

Finos Restaurant downstairs (awesome) staff was great, very clean, valet parking, and historic! Loved it!

We’ve been staying there for several years when we go to a Giants game and enjoy SF. The Andrews is the perfect spot for us as we like small personal hotels with a ‘European’ feel. The Continental Breakfast was very good and dinner at Fino’s is always a pleasure. I really have no negative issues.

Loved this contemporary room settings, well thought spacing and technology. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great stay, looking forward for other locations.
