It was ok. Good location. Customer service was not great.

The hotel itself was charming, nicely carpeted stairs, and a nice breakfast room in the attached restaurant. The continental breakfast offerings were a great way to start the morning.

It was ok since i am not a big breakfast person. It has the regular breakfast, cereal, boil eggs, pastries ,etc

The property did not meet my expectations at all. The property was not comfortable and did not appear as it did online.

I love this hotel! The lobby is amazing, has constant lemon-infused cold water and coffee, has a cute old lift that is well, littered with posters of types of animal and historical photos of San Francisco. The room is cute, and clean and the bed is good. The toilet is old-school and very clean! Love it!!! Nothing really. Super easy! Oh just a tad walk away from the nearest station (Powell Street Station)

A really good location and at good price. It is very clean and historic. As with most hotels in the city, noise can be an issues especially at night. The breakfast is good too. The Fino restaurant located within the hotel is a must. If you love authentic Italian food and great service, don’t miss it.

I liked the location and the history. Great to stay somewhere with character If you are elderly use the elevator as the chairs are quite narrow

Lovely clean room and helpful staff. Great location. Very comfy bed and pillows. Breakfast was simple but all we needed. Great cocktails

Not a 4 star hotel. Small room, smaller bathroom, very badly located glass shelf above tiny sink creates a hazard

Staff was very friendly. Daily happy hour was great. Rooms were basic, but clean. Breakfast was good, but very basic, and finding an affordable parking spot was difficult. We ended up paying 40$/day, but maybe this is the local standard?!

Staff were very helpful and made my check-in very easy. I was able to check into my room early. Room looked exactly like the photos. There’s no AC (mentioned in the description) but the ceiling fans worked fine.

Very pleasant continental-type breakfast in a separate room.

Just the location give and take Very very small bathroom, could not seat on the toilet and could not move in the shower, I’m skinny and only 5.8 and could not move around in shower. The room was very small as well.
