Hotel Zeppelin San Francisco

Location was good for the area but still a bit unsafe. Room was a good size, comfortable with a good desk for work. Bathroom was small but well laid out. Hotel itself was nicely decorated. The windows opened which is great for SF. Room was dark with windows facing onto a concrete wall. There is a lot of noise through the ceiling from the room above I could hear every footstep

I arrived around 1am from my late flight from Miami , there was blood on the sheets I called and reported it but it was too late no rooms to change and house keeping was not there , so I didn’t sleep and booked the earliest flight out of sfo

The vibe was great, and the uniqueness of the property The bar staff at the adjacent establishment (PLS) were quite surly

Everything was easy peasy! Check in was simple and the location of the hotel is convenient to so many things. The cool vibe started in the lobby and flowed all the way into our room! Very cool hotel! Bed was comfy and room was clean too!

location was close to city but rooms was too small and not comfortable, there is no noise isolation between the rooms. Rooms size, rooms decoration, noise isolation, restaurant and other facilities.

Staff at the reception and housekeeping team were very friendly and professional, thank you. Check in / out process was smooth. Location is very convenient, just next to Union Square. One of the dirtiest places I have been in the last years - struggle to understand how it got 4 stars. Thick dusty moquette, greasy window glasses, hair attached to the glass of the shower when I checked in, greasy floor at the lobby. When checking out, could not leave my luggage in their deposit "sorry, we have no more space". Windows not closing/isolating properly.

Rooms are immaculate. Lower level game room. Great little bar grill with great food. Valet service top notch. Great staff. Forget the pretentious rest and the way overpriced “chains” (ridiculous!).
