Location , lobby was attractive and had a stylish feel. The smell on the guest floor hallways was stale and not pleasant. Light in room flickers and shade on lamp completely torn .

This is a nice hotel with very modern decor and we slept very well here. But I guess you really have to read the fine print as it is $65.00 a day to have parking for your car plus they charge you a $35.00 a day amenity fee for i dont know what. They have no pool or hot tub or anything to charge $35.00 a day for. Plus the area this hotel is at is not the best. I would recommend staying by the fisherman wharf. So on top of the expensive hotel it was another $230.00 in added on expense. And for those reasons I would not recommend or stay here again.

There was no hot water at all. And when looking at recent reviews this has been a problem for 2 months. Employees lied about this to my face. I will never stay there or recommend this hotel to anyone.

I love this hotel. I come from Sacramento (~80miles) regularly and I am always greeted with a smile

Great location close to Union Square, only surprise was the hotel bar closed at 10pm, after being out all day sightseeing etc.

The hotel was very nice, with spacious and comfortable rooms in a good location. The staff were friendly and helpful, although there was a strong focus on repeatedly introducing themselves and encouraging guests to leave TripAdvisor reviews. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay and found the location to be a real plus. Upon checking into our room, my son opened the window and the entire window unit fell out, shattering inside the room. Thankfully nobody was injured, but it could easily have resulted in a serious accident. We immediately reported the incident, however no apology was offered and it felt as though the hotel was attempting to place the blame on us rather than acknowledging the seriousness of what had happened. To make matters worse, the following day we noticed contractors replacing windows on another floor of the hotel, suggesting they were already aware of issues with the windows. In our view, our room should have been prioritised given the obvious safety risk. This incident significantly impacted our confidence in the property's maintenance and management of guest safety.

Decoration, location, cleanliness Bathroom door, if someone is in the bathroom with the door close and you try to get in the room, you can’t because the door knob hits the door knob of the bathroom and the front door won’t open
