Reviews

Quiet and nice reasonably priced.

Had a wonderful stay. No complaints

Front desk staff always helpful and friendly. Free coffee I. The morning is also great! This time my room faced Post street, which was a little louder than I like but not bad. Ask for an inside facing room if you prefer the quiet.

Include breakfast in daily rate.

Great hotel, funky, cool vibes. Only thing is I wish room service was available. But great other than that!
-
Breakfast options need improvement, especially for gluten free. Lobby was fantastic with fireplace!

We were disappointed in Zeppelin Hotel, it is tired and worn and in need of some updating and at least a really good deep clean. It had a permeating smell in the main areas and our room, maybe from pets and a mix of something to mask the smell of pets. It felt unclean in the bathroom and the main room itself. We wouldn’t stay again unless it had a major upgrade. Staff were helpful enough but hotel is past its use by date.

Not the kindest staff I’ve ever experienced

Very nice hotel, staff and location. I’ve stayed here before, but on our second stay our double queen room bathroom was significantly smaller and crammed than this single bed which was a little inconvenient with having more people. Some parts of the room could be upgraded a little, but overall, I do love this hotel and would come back again.

Be prepared to get a very pee smelling room if you travel with a pet. We have our cats with and they ALWAYS pee in their litter box by themselves. If you have a dog you can’t leave it alone that long… that’s probably what happened. Overall rooms were dirty but bathroom counters and toilets were clean. Sheets smelled weird. The hallways in our floor were squeaky and scared me a bit. One elevator stopped working. I don’t get how it’s the 4th best hotel in SF. The staff was very friendly though! Although it’s pet friendly it’s not cat friendly as they try to get behind the fridge etc. We had to use our pillows to stuff any crevices

The room was dark. At my age, I can use all the light i can get
-
The rooms were very spacious, clean and unique. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. My only complaint was the elevator should have more security and a card key should be required to go up to the hotel rooms. There was an unhoused man whom made their way up into the hallway. Other than that, the hotel was terrific and we would stay again!

Very helpful and personable reception staff. Wi-Fi was poor.

Very good

The hotel is in a a central union square location. It is stylish, clean, and the staff were so pleasant and helpful.
-
Funky, well-located hotel 2 blocks away from Union Square and the end of the Cable Car line. Coffee service not so great but the restaurant has breakfast you can buy. The room was good and not like a box hotel which we liked.
-
We had a great time at this hotel in the heart of Union Square. We were lucky to get a room towards the back on the sixth floor, so it was pretty quiet. The vibe of the hotel is great and the rooms were painted dark shades of black and dark green. Beds were comfy & bathroom was fun!

Staff was great. Clean and quiet room.

Loved this hotel! Perfect location near Union Square for transportation. Beautiful room. Well maintained property. Our teens loved the gameroom in the basement.
