I had a corner room on the ninth floor. It was supposed to cleaned on the Saturday of my stay, but never was. I was shocked to find the room had two ‘suicide windows:’ no locks and nothing to prevent objects or a person from going out. Those old windows are also why the noise from outside is loud and nearly around-the-clock. The bathroom had neither fan controls of any kind, nor did one run automatically. The water pressure was very uneven and the hot water inconsistent. The thermostat worked but could only tell me the temp change setting and not the actual room temp. Some elevator button lights were out. The internet offered to guests was unsecured and went out at one point in my stay.

The location was great and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The room in reality is different from the photos linked to the room type on booking.com. It is smaller and darker. Check out guest videos to get a better idea. In addition, the hotel uses google cast which buffers - an experience we had at other hotels. Please just go back to smart tv where people can sign on direct to their apps.

Great central location, great restaurants within few blocks, 5 star experience all around , we walked all the way across the Golden Gate bridge. Clean and spacious room, helpful staff, secure valet parking. Only downside was only one of the two elevators was working during our stay, but not a big deal for a boutique size hotel. Definitely recommended.

Highly recommend not paying for valet parking. They charged us an additional $10/day for a midsize SUV. There’s lots of parking options that are much cheaper. Will not do this again.

They have a club on the the top of the building with spa and a tables outside and seating inside with complimentary coffee and tea. It would be nice if they had some breakfast items. The restaurant only serves lunch and dinner. The location of the hotel is ideal and staff is friendly.

Hotel is undergoing some renovations but they did not impact our stay. Always make time to hit the steam rooms and hot tub. Staff is always so friendly and helpful, we stay there every summer.

We had such a great time! Game room was a hit for my son! He wanted to play in there all day! Close and walking distance to many places. Will definitely stay there again.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Within walking distance to a lot of sights and down to the piers. Room very spacious and clean. Staff helpful and friendly, we also used the valet parking which was helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed and linens were super comfortable. Great location - only a few blocks from Chinatown. Shower was wonderful. There seemed to be a lot of confusion over request for late checkout. I asked every day of stay and got a vague answer every time. Phone system also was down one night we were there; didn’t affect us really. The coffee maker in room was very confusing. You need to provide instructions. It would be nice if there were grab and go selections for the morning.

the room was amazing, comfortable, had all the amenities the rooftop is not really a rooftop , more should be offered on the club level, and the jacuzzi is just for 1 or 2 people no privacy
