Kensington Park Hotel

They kept our luggage before check-in and after check-out. The morning coffee and snack service, as well as the water dispenser, were great. The water server offered sparkling, still, or hot water, along with some flavor options. Although we had a minor issue with the toilet, the staff responded promptly and resolved it right away. Please note that housekeeping is provided only once every three days.

The hotel does not adhere to their posted general conditions. Booking has confirmed this (see attached photo), but weeks later this still remains unresolved. They just ignore you and don't answer anymore. I'm now getting my money back via the credit card company, but it is very tedious. I also spent quite a bit of money on calls to Booking, but with no real results so far. I know there is always a disgruntled guest with every hotel, just posting a bad review for the sake of posting a bad review, but I promise you, this is not this case... Just book somewhere else. ;)

Central Union Square location but careful going even a couple of blocks the wrong way. Hotel was clean and provided coffee in the morning. Rooms were small, but comfortable.

The locations is great and the room was clean. The bed was comfortable and I had everything I needed in the room The walls are thin and I could hear the guests in either side of my room as well as upstairs. There is a theater in the same building as the hotel and at peak hours the elevators can be difficult to access

Some of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, but others were not. The room was cold, and they weren't able to fix the issue. It's a vintage hotel, which gave it a great atmosphere. Everything was clean, the bed was clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent.

The bed in the room and the piano in the Loby, the size of the room The smell of the room elevator and Loby, the dark and old atmosphere of the fornuture and the walls the noises of the elevator while it's going up or down... The cover of the window, the missing of a closet....

The hotel is very run down and then they charged me $50 to get my room 2 hours early

the old world vibe of the hotel is so charming... love the room ambience and the staff was nice and helpful. great location! we didn't get the nice city view room that we did last time but love the beds and decor in the room!
