Great stylish room. Strong shower pressure.

Very handy info guide at check-in that highlights local places to eat and drink. Pinecrest Diner is diagonally opposite and is great! I travelled as a solo female and felt safe at all times. Highly recommend!

Clean and cuteroom. Parking still expensive but cheaper than others. Only one elevator. Bed was super comfy!

It was fine. Not super. Could use a facelift. Also the property didn’t give the perk wine and room upgrade.

Location was perfect, close to shops. Easy bus ride to Fisherman’s Wharf and Chinatown. Parking was a bit expensive, but it worked out since we were close to everything we wanted to see so didn’t have to pay for parking there. Breakfast was decent and they gave free vouchers. Staff was very helpful.

Has everything you need including a mini fridge and nespresso. Only one lift working. No carpet so if I come back in winter will need to bring slippers.

Beds are small -- I booked a room with a queen, the bed was the size of a double. Also be comfortable with white noise if you turn on the AC unit. Push hard on the soap dispenser in the shower, you might think it's empty but it's not. On the bright side, the staff are friendly and helpful. Corzetti next door has a great happy hour to go with the great decor, and free postcards that actually look cool.

Great room, amazing staff, but parking was a headache so plan ahead.

Nice to be able to park next door at the Westin, it’s costly ($67.50 for a Denali) but in and out privileges included. Cheaper parking is available nearby.

Neat hotel that's shares a door with a restaurant next door. It was great to be able to have dinner next door and not have to go out in the cold to get back to our room. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff was great and make it easy to check in and out without any issues. They also provided a coupon to get a discount on a drink but we didn't end up using it but definitely a nice little perk. I would definitely stay here again!

The suite was roomy. Parking arrangement was a plus.

Can’t beat the location! It’s a renovated building with a lot of charm however only one small elevator was working in a 9 story building. The mattress was too firm and the pillows weren’t comfortable.

The room was very old and had a musty, woody smell. The red wine included with the hotel stay was missing. However, the staff provided excellent service.

The hotel was nice and our room was surprisingly large. The elevator did break at one point and we had to go up nine floors to our room using the stairs, but it was fixed shortly. The location is fabulous!

There was no offer for consideration, compensation or other remuneration. That is also very short-sighted. We won't be staying at the G again.

The hotel is nicely appointed in a retro style that is cool and understated. Staff have a friendly, helpful vibe and the restaurant in the lobby has a friendly bar and good food. As a single senior woman traveling solo I felt safe and relaxed.
