Mostly great. Super nice and helpful staff. Clean room. Overall nice renovation of an old building. Things that could have been better: lighting in the room is meant to be cute but not really bright enough to see anything; slow elevator; pillows could have been better—not much give.

Lovely hotel, minimalist design and roomy. The staff were very helpful and nice, Hotel is located a half a block away from Union Square and 8 minute walk from Powell St station and Powell St cable car line.

We love staying there. The rooms are big and comfortable and we love the "industrial" style/concrete floors, etc. Not really a lobby but we dont hang out in theblobby anyway. Some rooms have tiny bathrooms.

Not much Not a 4 star hotel. The room was not as nice and big as on the picture, one elevator was not functioning, facilities looked old overall, the hotel needs a refresh, noise from the street…

Location was great!! Enjoyed that it was walkable to so many restaurants and bars. It wasn’t as photos described. Lobby floors were old and it was dark. Room was smaller than advertised and floors were so creaky. Nothing looked updated except for the bathroom. Hallways and elevator were old, and the elevator was so slow.

Check in was smooth and reception was great! I didn't get the name, but this young man was very professional and recommended things for us to do. Hotel location was wonderful and nearby a great diner named "Pinecrest Diner". You will also be nearby Union Square and about 15 minutes away from Fishermen Dwarf. This hotel has a restaurant Corzetti but we didn't get a chance to get by. We are road tripping and choose this hotel due to covered parking which is valet, cost was $57, but my husband needed to know his truck was safe. Definitely will stay here when we visit San Francisco again.
