The location was great and the hotel itself was very well maintained. The room was clean as well.

The room was very clean and big. There was one issue that I forgot to mention to them is that the sliding door doesn’t lock. But it was 8th floor, so it wasn’t a big issue for me

Amazing hotel, would highly recommend

I enjoyed my stay at the Handlery Hotel. The hotel is in an ideal location with several shopping options at walking distance. I stayed there with my family and had no complaints. I was pleasantly surprised at how many amenities were available for use in the hotel room, including a weight scale, mini fridge, sliding doors with beautiful city views, hair dryer, and iron. I didn't notice any housekeeping services - we stayed for two nights and getting a little vacuum or fresh set of towels would've been nice. But other than that, I would definitely recommend staying here and would revisit.

The hotel was very close to tourist attractions. The room was a little dated, but extremely clean. We would stay there again.
-
Horrible, dead bugs and mold on the ceiling inside the shower, dead gnats crusted to the ceiling. Crumbs were inside the sheets, hallways smelled bad.
-
Update the shower heads would be great

The carpet was old, dirty loose and smelly. I couldn’t even pull my luggage, we had go from the parking garage building to the main lobby and the carpet was bunching up under the luggage wheels. Our room smelled terrible as well, I am assuming because of the dirty carpet. The location was ok, right in the middle of Union Square. This hotel was rated as 3:5 stars and excellent. I would not give this hotel more than 2.5 stars. I can look past some stuff like the dirty bathroom door and walls, but the smell in the room was terrible.

Special shout out to Robert and Sheila of the front desk for being extra helpful during our check in and check out. Also Manny(?) who brought the roll away bed into our room. We love the very friendly staff here
-
No microphone in the room and make sure you ask that there will be no adjoining rooms if you don’t want one

La Fachada del hotel , en la página se ve bien pero cuando entras camino a las habitaciones. Todo es viejo hasta los tvs son viejos y pequeños , me tocó la vista de mi ventana hacia un muro . No lleno mis expectativas

Our room have a little balcony which was nice. The bed was comfortable. From the garage, you access the main lobby through the 2nd floor and walk passed the pool to the stairs to get to registration and front of the building.
