Came with a $35 per day room credit we could use at the store. We booked 4 of the same 2 queen beds. Some rooms are way bigger than others. The bathrooms are also different- some very small and doors don’t open all the way, some are spacious and modern. Great location. Very affordable so having our windows point at a brick wall didn’t bother me. Def worth the price. Would visit again.

Comfortable and clean room. Only downside is no onsite parking. Had to park in a structure about 3 blocks down the street.
-
Close to everything. Very clean and the staff was very helpful.
-
No nearby parking so access via car was a challenge.
-
Location is the best thing, room size
-
we enjoyed our stay! was close to everything
-
Great location… entry to hotel didn’t provide a great impression. Great happy hour bartender!
-
It is located at Powell Street where the famous trolley runs, a block from Union Square and across Macy’s. I enjoyed our stay because it is so convenient to everywhere, especially to someone who can’t function without coffee to start the day (Starbucks right around the corner). Staff are very helpful and hotel is old (like majority of hotels in SF), but well kept.

No buffet Breakfast and no designated parking for the guests was disappointing
-
The hotel itself is just fine. It gave us everything we needed; the only "annoying" part is the lack of counter space in the bathroom. The beds were clean and comnfortable, towels were in good shape and not dingy. The staff was kind and helpful, and breakfast was tasty.

Very old and noisy hotel! I was expected another type of hotel as it is a specific line of Hilton.
-
Cozy stay perfect location
-
Perfect location and the hotel and staff were so great! Would stay again for sure!
-
Rooms quite small Breakfast was nice, however took way to long, up to 50mins
-
Need to be more up front that you don’t have parking in the second most expensive parking area in CA. I didn’t notice until after booking the room. You are close to UCSF and I doubt that I’m the only cancer patient to miss it,

Lov d the experience and would come back.
