Clean room, I liked it very much.
-
Great location, great staff, nice rooms, only downside is parking, but that’s in all SF.
-
It was comfortable and had everything I needed on and around the hotel
-

Confusion over a $35 food and beverage credit which I did not receive. No hot water Sunday morning!

Room was clean and big for the city. But it was very dark. Hotel is old and could use some refurbishing, but it worked for our overnight. Parking is a little difficult because they don’t have any at the hotel, but there are garages not too far from them. Great location and close to many restaurants and the cable car.

We have stayed at this hotel when it was still Villa Florence. We are impressed with the new look and excited that it is now part of the Hilton hotel brand. We got a room with 2 Queen beds. Room is on the compact size, including the bathroom. We appreciate the modern take on this historic hotel. All the staff are extra helpful and friendly. Destination fee is consumable by getting beverages and snacks available at the front desk. Best thing about this hotel is location- right on powell street- walking distance to many tourist attractions, lots of dining and shopping options and it's walking distance to various parking garages and public transportation. Love our stay-cation weekend!! Note: I also left something in this trip and the hotel found it!

Location Smelled weird in the hallways
-
Cute spot right in the heart of Union Square. The room was small, but perfect for sleeping and getting ready. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the overall vibe of the hotel. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!
-
A historical hotel in downtown San Francisco. The staff were excellent, however the rooms were old and outdated. Maintenance had to come in and repair the light fixture, plug the cable wire into the wall for the TV, and repair the air conditioning.
-
Pretty spacious room, cute decor, and nice bed. The AC was REALLY loud and hard to turn off, so we just ended up unplugging it.

Carpets have a bad smell. Rooms are old and in need for renovation.
