Property is incredibly convenient, right in the heart of union Square next to the street cars and next to shopping and next to the public transportation. Check in with smooth and the lobby seems to be going under a little bit of an upgrade, but the room was comfortable, and you can’t beat the convenience. Small bathroom

Good location but the room was too small. There was no place to put your stuff, Tiny bathroom. The TV wasn't working. The elevator was very old and noisy. I had to wait 20 minutes for the guy the check me in, he was out. nobody was at the reception desk.

This hotel is an older hotel, there is an odor in the hotel, they are renovating things and making improvements, but during my stay that was not the case, the hot water came out yellow, the bathroom tub didn’t drain properly, and smelled, I did mention it to the staff but nothing was done to correct this issues, I also was double charged by the hotel and it’s taking quite awhile to correct it. I most likely will not stay at this hotel again.

Toilet was clogged, shower was not working, water was yellow and not flushing neither. Manager was not helpful and said she needed to verify the issue before issuing a refund. Amenities were not working. Smell was bad

Location is close to Union Square but right on the border of a pretty nasty part of town. Room and amenities are seriously lacking. Our room didn’t even have a trash can. The bathroom sink is just mounted on the wall like in a gas station restroom. No counter or any surface to set toiletries. Bed was comfortable but that’s about the only positive about the room.
