The staff were excellent especially Daniel however the parking was very expensive

Clean, quiet, friendly. The room has a fridge & the hotel is very close to Trader Joe's so it's perfect.

Clean room and bathroom, excellent location walk to muni Powell station

O problema maior para quem vai de carro é o estacionamento, que o hotel cobra muito caro, mas que pode ser amenizado colocando o carro em um dos diversos estacionamentos próximos, por um preço bem mais acessível! Voltaria a ficar nele!

The room was clean with good pillows. Black-out blinds was very useful. Their towels were good quality, so I was quite pleased.

The room was very small; we booked it only for the night as we stopped by just for the Giants game. There was a dark aura to the floor/room and the hotel itself. The bar closed early and the bartender seemed to be in a bad mood.

I came in off season and paid a very competitive rate. For that, this was a great value hotel. Not sure I’d pay more however.

Nice place bar tender wasn't friendly I left before even having a drink. Front desk was amazing service day and night 🌙

Great stay. Only thing is parking, but it is expected in San Fran.

Never stay here , these thieves won’t stop charging your credit card after your stay , will refuse to answer calls or emails

The room was clean. The staff was really great. The air conditioning was not so loud pretty quiet and I love the shampoos and conditioners. Great big huge spa towels so for your fellow that’s over 6 feet tall they were wonderful thank you for my stay.

Excellent experience.

The staff were wonderful and super helpful. The location is perfect easy access to public transit and walk distance you pretty much thing and then around Union Square. When booking be aware that the rooms are pretty small so space was somewhat limited. Thankfully, we were only here for one night and we were out of the room for the most part which then they impact the minimal for us.

It was a nice hotel. Near stores but parking! There’s no parking unless you pay $75 for valet parking every day. The only downside.

I would not recommend this hotel. Hands down was one of the worst places we have stayed in San Francisco.

Clean room

The air conditioner in the room was noisy but our room was very clean and quiet. Key cards often did not work, but All-in-All great stay!

Nos chambres étaient correctes, les lits étaient confortables. Les salles de bain sont quand même très grandes comparé aux chambres et n'ont pas été rénovées depuis longtemps mais tout fonctionne. Il faisait quand même froid pour un mois de juillet (16 degrés celcius le jour à l'extérieur) donc nous n'avons pas eu besoin de partir les air climatisés. Nous avons quand même testé une unité avant de quitter et c'était très bruyant. Le personnel était correcte mais sans plus. Les gens de jours étaient beaucoup plus sympathiques que les gens de soir. Compte tenu du prix payé pour les chambres, nous étions satisfaits du rapport qualité/prix.
