The place was so clean and the location of the hotel was amazing. The staff is so friendly and so helpful. Plus the check in and out process is so easy.

Had to extend my stay for a night because I got sick, and the staff were very kind.

Everything was excellent. The room was a bit small but because the building was older it’s expected. The only problem was the water pressure for the shower was so bad. The sink had more pressure than the shower but other than that we would rate a great stay.

Very clean, friendly staff. AC units in each room are ancient and super loud. Mildew smell is strong.

The rooms were tiny but spotless and quiet, the beds were super comfortable and the front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. It had cable tv and was in a convenient location. The shower had great water pressure but water did splash everywhere. I would stay here again.

The Hotel Fusion is a nice alternative to some of the more upscale and formal hotels in the area. It’s still a very nice hotel downtown with all the amenities you’d expect but the overall atmosphere and staff provide a more authentic San Francisco experience than what you’d experience in a chain hotel. I picked the Fusion primarily because of its proximity to Powell Station and had no expectations but came away impressed.

Location Muggy room. Loud. Retro tv and no smart tv for apps. Bathroom was 10 degrees hotter and ac unit was old and had a moldy smell
