Los cuartos son demasiado pequeños no tienen ventilación y los aires acondicionados al encender dan un olor a orina no tienen ventanas y la ventana del baño no da seguridad para estar abierto ya que da hacia otra habitación que está demasiado cerca y no hay privacidad los pasillos son demasiado sucios y las habitaciones están demasiado pequeñas y olorosas a humedad y Moho no vale la pena hospedarse en este hotel demasiado caro para un hotel tan horrible

Place was clean. Staff was super nice and helpful! Enjoyed my stay!

Location was perfect for our plans. Everything we needed was nearby. It feels like it needs an update and renovation to everything about the interior. Air conditioning was loud and the bathtub drained very slowly.

Fusion Hotel is quite expensive for its price but the location is exceptional and the staff are nice. The room uses window type AC, which is noisy.

Central location, close to everything. It would be good to have the room serviced daily with clean towels.

The staff was great and the room was small but perfect for me. I really liked the location and the price was very reasonable. The shower is a bit small but still very doable for me. The bed was comfortable, there was air conditioning to keep things fresh after being gone most of the day. It’s more of a budget hotel but definitely on the high end of budget.

Location Very disappointing experience at Hotel Fusion San Francisco. The staff was extremely unprofessional and the communication was poor. The hotel takes a $100 security deposit, but even after checking out, I am still waiting for my money to be returned. What makes the experience even worse is that proper room cleaning is not provided, yet guests are still expected to accept these conditions and then chase the hotel for their own deposit. A hotel should treat its guests with respect and handle refunds professionally and transparently. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I strongly recommend keeping all documentation and checking your card carefully after checkout if you stay at this hotel.

My stay was amazing staff went above and beyond when I mentioned we were celebrating a birthday and they made it extra special. I would definitely stay again.

Location is pretty Good, with lots of bars, and China Town nearby.

Central location, near BART stop at Powell Street. Pleasant staff. Rooms comfortable and clean. The cafe beside the hotel is excellent.

I stayed in the old section of the hotel, which is rather spartan (and priced accordingly) I didn't expect a fancy room, and it wasn't. On the plus side: it was clean, had bathrooms, plenty of towels. TV and a comfy bed. Negatives: The sink drained VERY Slowly after I washed my hands, or my face, or even brushed my teeth.  The black out shade didn't come down (it was stuck).  The temp on the aircon wouldn't change so it never really got cool.  (or at least cool enough for someone who has hot flashes)

very noisy and stinky AC. very old shower with no option to adjust pressure, difficult to manage.

My second stay here and wouldn’t mind coming again. Room was ready early. Staff is exceptional! Thank you!
