Axiom Hotel

understaffed and what staff is there is careless and not very hospitable. the place has a nice facade, but the rooms are small and the bathrooms don’t have real doors (a pet peeve of mine with modern hotels). signal was terrible but wifi was decent. gym is pretty tiny.

Location fantastic close to public transport and food options. Bed was comfortable coffee facilities in room available Room was dark located around a light well. Air cooler was loud

Although the location felt a little unsafe particularly at night it was well located to shops and tourist attractions Hotel was dark, room was dark, windows didn't open, air conditioner was in room and extremely noisy, the blind which was pretty large fell down when I tried to close it

I liked how convenient it was. It’s right next to the train station and infront of the trolley. It’s perfect. From our stay, there wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property, it was perfect for us.

The location was perfect! Right next to all the major Muni lines. Love that there was a cafe in the lobby and a gym in the basement. I loved everything

Good location and good size. No waits for elevator. Outlets didn’t work. Most of the time you plug something in and it comes right out. Burned up a charger and had to buy a new one. Lights would come on randomly in the middle of the night disturbing my sleep. Took forever to dry my hair because the hair dryer cord kept coming out of the outlet etc

Good location and size Staff made you go to the lobby to order food instead of taking it over the phone and then delivering. What the heck?! The whole point of room service is to be able to stay in the room and not see anyone

Good location, clean room and nice staffs

The location and that the room was clean and comfi Instead of central air conditioner they put portable air conditioner that was very loud and took plenty of room so I couldn't operate it during my stay in the room because of the noise. They didn't clean the room after day one of my stay even if I asked them to clean. I also called room service and said that they didn't clean. The representative said that he will check with his manager and will call me back but he didn't.

The pillowcases had hair. There is nowhere to park you have to park across the street for 90$ per night. The staff is kind of rude too. There is also NO AC IN THE BUILDING! 4 start hotel with a cheap swivel fan in the room. Ridiculous. First and last time staying here. 250$ a night for this is crazy.

Location is really good near Powell station for BART transportation. Very central. Corner rooms or rooms with street view are really nice.

Beds very comfortable! The towels are so soft!

One of the workers at the Turn Cafe was very rude. I don’t think the hotel runs the cafe though. She stood out from everyone else because they were all so nice and she was so rude.
