Axiom Hotel

Location was great, nice gym and little cafe/bar in the lobby. Our room smelled like dog really bad. The shower temperature fluctuated between hot and cold. The air conditioner was a window unit that was really loud and went out the window which meant you can hear everything from outside. But the smell was the worst unpleasant part of it all

Cool hotel close to everything. Nice wee cafe/bar. Good chill out area with large screen TVs and game machines Bit close to Tenderloin so some questionable characters nearby but we had no bother with any of them.

Nice modern clean with good facilities such as gym and cafe nothing it was great

Suggestion: Have 2 staff people at the check-in/out counter at all times. I didn't enjoy hanging out side in that neighborhood at night.

Close to public transportation, quiet

Brian st the front desk was super welcoming and helpful. The location was excellent with the cable car right out front and walkable to Oracle Park. The room was a little dark with just pendant lights and the air conditioner was a portable window unit. The AC got the job done, the room was nice and cool but it was a little loud when running.

* Hotel felt damp/mouldly but no mould was seen * Staff cleaned the hallway carpets on one of the days with a very strong chemicals, it wasn't clear if it was safe to breath.

Easy to go everywhere.

Direct BART metro from/to the airport, well connect to the public transport network (BART, Muni). Friendly, helpful stuff as well. The interior room was quite dark, and the AC was quite noisy.

Bad experience. No parking offered or available. Just recommendations. Check in took like 20 minutes in a little hallway full of people so we got skipped twice to offer getting help checking in. Hotel room was nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Wasn’t a fan of the roll around A/C unit. Takes up space. TV was broken. Body wash and shampoo bottles were in their spots next to the shampoo but both completely empty. Cafe and robot room service was nice and convenient. Other hotels in the area with comparable price and more amenities.

Clean, unique, and nicely located to public transits and walkable to restaurants. Nothing, it was great.
