Great, no comments. nice stay

Really great location! 2 minute walk away from the Powell train station and cable car so it makes it so easy to get around. Also within walking distance for many places. The front desk let us check in early without any hassle and were very nice and fast. We also enjoyed the food at the restaurant. Would stay again!

Ideal location next to Bart and cable cars, in house breakfast expensive, but fast food/drink outlets close by.

Solid stay, only real complaint was the shower (low volume). It's not a water saving thing, it's just a bad shower fixture. Other properties in the city (eg. the Interconn just a couple of block away) have great showers.

Otherwise, the property is kept clean, the fitness center has great equipment and the room was spacious (especially for SF hotels). My husband and I really enjoyed our stay (6 nights).

Great location in downtown next to the restaurants and public transport. 80$ daily valet parking. However you could find a few parking spots nearby (walking distance) with 40$ daily.

Visited for the Pokémon World Championships, the hotel and staff were all exceptional. I just wish the hotel was decorated for the event...

This is the best hotel to stay at if you are visiting San Francisco. Hotel check in was quick and easy. All questions and help were answered clearly and quickly. Rooms are kept immaculately clean. This hotel is close to everything you would like to see in San Francisco. Eateries are in walking distance. Hotel kept safe at night as well. Highly recommend.
