Convenient downtown location but the surrounding area wasn’t the cleanest and there was a lot of drug use and unhoused wondering around.

Overall a great experience

I have used this hotel for over 10 years same room and it’s never disappointed. It’s top-notch and I will continue to be staying at Hilton hotels. They are the best.

Shower head in bathroom had very little pressure. Bed was terribly hard and firm! Not comfortable at all. Otherwise the hotel was very nice.

This was a great place to stay when we came I to town for a show at 1015 Folsom. The room was clean and comfortable.

Staff available around the clock to answer questions and provide service

Unfortunately, the problems continued throughout my stay. My room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned when I checked in, and housekeeping never serviced it during my stay. I had to argue with the housekeeping staff before the issue was finally addressed. The room itself also had several maintenance issues. The refrigerator wasn’t cold when I arrived and never maintained a proper temperature. The air vents wouldn’t stay open, and the air conditioning struggled to cool the room, making it uncomfortable. Overall, this stay did not meet my expectations. Between the poor room assignment, lack of housekeeping, cleanliness concerns, and maintenance issues, I expected a much better experience from this hotel.

Clean rooms and nice staff

I liked how the hotel is within walking distance from a lot of shops and places to visit. The parking was horrible with my car rental that I had to go off to another property to find parking would I had to pay out of pocket. Parc 55 offered parking at $90 per night for parking. Room was clean and the city view was nice but it was nothing special. We had the breakfast buffet that they offered for the 2 of us at $36 each person. While food is good we feel the selection was incredibly limited and I could not recommend it at all. Staff was helpful but they could not provide us an additional ice bucket for our room. The overall experience was just alright but I expected more.

Very nice hotel with helpful staff, well maintained facilities, and proximity to plenty of places to eat. The lack of a microwave was a bit of a disappointment. a small refrigerator is provided to keep leftovers, but no way to heat them up again

*Most* of the staff was friendly, except for the host at check in who made me feel stupid for not knowing that the pool was across the street, and not even in our hotel, which I overlooked. Who knew that one of the hotel’s amenities wasn’t even in the hotel? What? When I come up really nice and sweet I don’t need a stuck up snob telling me what to do. Especially when I only asked a simple question. Cheers to him though. But yeah, I’m not about to be in swim attire crossing the street in San Fran to a different hotel. The rooms were clean but nothing fancy. They were out of conditioner :( my fault I should’ve just brought my own. But the rooms were clean at least. The nicest person was the Asian lady custodian on level 6. She was really friendly and curteous. And all she said was hello but I could tell by her tone that she meant respect with great customer service, unlike the guy downstairs. Anyway, probably won’t stay here again anytime soon, nothing really around the hotel except for old businesses and closed up shops. The surrounding areas are dirty and full of homeless people. Almost stepped in human waste. Tip: find parking elsewhere. Also I try not to be bitter and have been in customer service, but I spent so much money on this so I expected better in return. $16 for a breakfast sandwich. No thanks.
