Extremely Clean and close to Powell Street Cable Cars

This hotel offers a great location for visitors using public transit. It is right around the corner from the BART and on a direct route if you want to take the cable cars. The hotel was clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only minor complaint I would have is the price of their breakfast on the go. I would definitely stay here again!

Clean room and nice staff, bottom floor water station didn’t work for duration of my stay so I had to use the one in the gym

Parc55 is in the most central location in Union Square; central to public transportation, the trolley, and the heart of the city. The hotel itself is very well kept, great staff, fitness center and great views of the bay from upper floors. Don’t sleep on the cafe right across the street; superb.

The view from our Sunset suite was amazing. The staff went above and beyond when we had requests, and they were so helpful and friendly. We especially liked how they would text and ask us if we needed anything and check how our stay was throughout additionally, they let us check out via text by just leaving our cards on the table before we left. They make sure to lock the building up at night, so it stay safe as well. We would definitely recommend them.

strongly considered asking to change rooms,but feared the outcome just choosing not to sit in the chairs. Restaurant had very limited menu. a little disappointed considering the rating.

Very nice hotel. For turism is ok. The o my problem is the seguro guys that show up around 7pm until 8 am. But you have trolley just few steps from hotel and is centrical for main attractions
