Clean, comfortable, pretty noisy at night. In the “bad” part of town. I didn’t feel unsafe during the day. Good idea to avoid walking around town at night. Great restaurant with exceptional food & ambiance. Wonderful staff.

It's just ok for one night crash for me, my romm was very small and outdated, power cord on the floor!!! Seriously?

The staff were so kind and attentive and made this stay such an incredible stay in the city. We had a large king bed and the bathroom was very clean, no complaints from us! The bar downstairs was also a treat with a great cocktail menu and its great styling. Loved it here, highly recommend

Overall it was a nice place in the downtown location. We weren't offered the complementary wine on check-in but thats not a huge deal. The room was very small but since we were only staying for 1 night it wasn't a big deal. The bedroom view was poor and I was awoken early Sunday to someone either smoking cigarettes below us or nearby and had to close my windows so I wouldn't be accused. Otherwise the staff were great and super friendly and it was easy to walk where we needed to.

We stayed in room with no A/C they had a portable fan instead. No parking. Bed is so bad, it so bouncy. You can hear people yelling, fighting outside. They gave you an air plug to cover your ear to prevent from noises outside.

This hotel does not have cooling AC so if that’s important to you, don’t stay here lol. Location is also a little rough

This hotel is within the tendoir loin which is a drug area. Had we of known this we would not of stayed here.... The things we saw during our trip, we would never return. The hotel looks pretty in the pictures but the rooms are not up to par. The only saving grace was chris who was amazing and kind but i didnt have the heart to tell him about our horrible experience staying here. We felt unsafe the entire time and slept with a heavy suitcase against the door. The noises outside were insane from 12am till 5am people were screaming out of their minds on drugs, playing insanley loud music, the bin men that had to clean the streets daily at 6am cleaning up literal human feces. It sounded like the end of the world during the night, we had ear plugs and we did not sleep well.

Staff is really funny. I like the location. It’s close to everything that I need. Stay here several times I haven’t had a issue except one time with check-in, but it’s not a problem
