Staff is really funny. I like the location. It’s close to everything that I need. Stay here several times I haven’t had a issue except one time with check-in, but it’s not a problem

Room we ended up in was nothing like the pictures. Room was really small. All in all the hotel is nice and clean and as much as you can expect from an older building. Staff was nice and room was clean.

Great location with affordable rooms.

The room also had several issues. There were no washcloths, the lighting was terrible, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable and moved around a lot. I was also unhappy with the way the deposit was handled. At check-in, the front desk told me that $100 would be charged to my card and fully returned when I checked out. However, I did not receive the full $100 back. When I called to ask about it, I was told there was an additional $25 charge. I understand that additional charges may be listed on the website, but this was not explained to me at check-in. I was specifically told that the $100 would be returned. So, in addition to the $250 room, I paid another $50 for parking and was also charged the additional $25 that I was not informed about at check-in. I was told to call back after 10 a.m. and speak with the manager to see if they could return the remaining amount. Overall, I was very disappointed with the experience. Between the unexpected additional costs, inconvenient parking, surrounding area, uncomfortable beds, poor lighting, and lack of basic amenities, I would not stay here again.

First time staying here. It was a nice clean hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. My only complaint would be the noise of all the homeless people yelling outside till about 6:00 in the morning. We like to sleep with the window open so once we close the window it was okay. For the price it was a good hotel to stay at.

The hotel at night was very noisy. I wanted to go to bed early because I have a marathon race at 5 in the morning and I couldn’t sleep because all the noise in the hall way and out side
