Love everything about this Hotel and very near by stores and Chinatown.

This property is great value for money! Stayed in about a dozen all over the world. The standardization and the vybz and the service for the cost makes it a very repeatable offering.

Genius design and use of space. There is a cult-like aesthetic with the staff attire and and 'citizenM says' all over the place, but otherwise, great place to be.

Staff was super, super nice and helpful! Room was really clean and nice. Definitely smaller and made to be efficiently spaced. It’s also pretty modern and would recommend for younger couples or solo. Bathroom has not much privacy but other than that great stay especially for the price!

Perfect place to stay for vacation

The location of the hotel was very convenient for public transportation. The staff was very friendly. My room wasn’t ready when I arrived so the manager was very accommodating and helpful and I felt well taken care of.

I was feeling my room smaller.

Someone needs to step up their cleaning game. Hair in the refrigerator is gross... Cleaning corners matters... Stains on white sheets is gross... Also, the faucet should not shift when turning it on and off. Little things matter! But I do love the bed and pillows. And the staff is always great.

A well-planned hotel with convenient controls from the iPad located next to bed. Breakfast is great, but a bit expensive. Climate and lighting controls worked well. Free bottled water was nice, but a cup at the sink would be good for toothbrushing. The location is great for BART trains to SFO, Oakland, and Berkeley, as well as buses east to coast. The lounge is great for hanging out and recharging devices after checking out.

I honestly loved how easy it was to book through hotels. This hotel was welcoming, the staff was so good to me. I came in a lot earlier and I was able to get a room before check in and Lindsay was super nice. I went to the bar 2x while I was on my stay here, Sundae was really good, very good conversations along with Rebecca. The whole team was so good! The room was great. It’s small but just enough space. Though, i tried to get to the rooftop and my card wouldn’t let me up there. I would have thought it would be open. I guess not? But other than that. It’s been great! Wish i didn’t have to leave for another hotel. But super good!

Central location!! Hotel Was Very Clean And Cute!!! Small Room But Nicely Laid Out!! Stall Very Friendly And Helpful!! Would Definitely Recommend!!
