From the minute one staff was very attentive. Room was clean and comfortable. Everything was really classy. It is sad to get free coffee till 11 AM only.

An amazing hotel, beautifully designed with a fantastic, stylish vibe. The service was warm, friendly, and always with a smile. The location is excellent, and the whole experience was an absolute pleasure. Highly recommended!

Been a fan of this chain for over three years now, Rooms are always clean and well maintained. Staff is professional, courteous and helpful yet not intrusive, Breakfast is always carries quality and delicious foods!

We had the best time spending the night at citizenM. The view of the city was so beautiful and the space is good for 2 people. I loved the full length mirror and the vanity lights so much. We also loved the leds that colored the whole room. They were so fun to mess around with. The lobby is also very nice to explore. They have a bar and café that I believe are open 24/7 they said.

No incidental holding fee, easy check out, and staff were nice. The food takes entirely too long to come out.

I love these rooms. Compact and futuristic. Controlling the whole room from the iPad. The big bed right on the window. The shower and lighting. The lobby is also a real nice place to chill or get work done. I've stayed at a few other hotels in the area (Yotel and Signature) and this one takes the cake in my opinion.
