Stayed for five nights and it was a great experience. The place was clean and the staff was very helpful. The only thing to keep in mind is that the rooms are quite small, but that was okay for me since I was traveling by myself.

Overall loved the cleanliness and comfort of the location. Very conveniently placed as well as it was in the center of SF and very close to the BART. No issues with any of the staff and will likely stay here again in the future The A/C was supposedly working even though we could neither feel nor hear the difference in it working. TV was a plus, however was a bit glitchy in connection to our phones and the room's tablet. Was informed by the staff that the A/C was functioning for the room but really could not tell the difference

Emplacement parfait, près des transports en commun, rue calme et il y a un gardien à l'entrée, c'est sécurisant. Chambre petite, mais nous ne sommes pas souvent dans la chambre. L'étage où nous faisons l'inscription est mignon, beaucoup d'espace et des divans pour flâner, une petite terrasse et même un bar. Séjour parfait.

I have stayed at Citizen M previously in Los Angeles and Seattle and this was my first time in San Francisco. This hotel does not disappoint! The rooms are small but are comfortable and have a fun vibe.
